To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 步入了一間很有八九十年代感覺的台式老餐廳,是那一種電影的場景感覺呢?花樣年華?還是阿飛正傳?why not both?第一次食到以台灣鳳梨🍍配台式牛肉麵,我的確留意到有食客表示不喜歡湯底有如白開水般清淡,但我反而喜歡較清淡的台式牛肉麵湯底,過往我吃的台式牛肉麵湯底都非常肥膩,個人覺得不太喜歡,因為我習慣未吃之前都會先呷一口湯,但太肥膩的湯我真的沒有興趣飲品我就點了黑糖珍珠奶茶少甜,可惜這裡的珍珠都是犯了絕大多數的台式奶茶店的通病:零口感,比芋圓更不如。老規矩:我還是吃三分之二的份量的麵,以及50%杯奶茶,珍珠既然不好吃就免了
