To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點解會有咁好味既片皮鴨架?真心,覺得好好味。上至包住隻鴨既白色皮,下至點填鴨既醬都好正。片皮鴨好香,有肉但唔怕肥。塊皮好薄,但唔會穿。小籠包超多湯汁,入面既肉都好有肉味,皮薄餡靚。生煎包啲汁都一樣多到標出嚟,超好食,意想不到既驚喜。上海粗炒就過油,偏甜,相對普普通通。萵筍絲好爽口,味道好淡,喜歡濃味既可以加豆瓣醬食。金華火腿鮮菌炒飯就炒到好乾身,d飯真係一粒粒,唔差既。依個前菜好正,我次次黎到都會清左佢。
