To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Wanchai lunch 真係好多野揀!台灣菜代表少不了呢間唔bk食唔到嘅1963😏😏 餐廳係非常之文青style. 酷似台灣d小餐館咁有特色,所以有時間嚟打下卡係幾正的(^^) 今日都係嗌左滷水拼盤配滷肉飯😋😋 水準keep到的,滷肉比較瘦,冇咁油膩,味道偏咸多過甜的,但撈飯係正嘅:-D 而拼盤嘅豬耳好爽口!蘿蔔十分入味,又冇渣的。另外d海帶都好有咬口😘😘😘雞翅第一次食,都幾有滷水味,時間煮得夠!

今日都係嗌左滷水拼盤配滷肉飯😋😋 水準keep到的,滷肉比較瘦,冇咁油膩,味道偏咸多過甜的,但撈飯係正嘅:-D

而拼盤嘅豬耳好爽口!蘿蔔十分入味,又冇渣的。另外d海帶都好有咬口😘😘😘雞翅第一次食,都幾有滷水味,時間煮得夠!
