懷舊法國菜,回味六十年代的時尚位於灣仔胡忠大廈的仙后餐廳,由開業以來都想試食! 終於得償所願,吃了一個Lunch Set,味覺和視覺都相當滿足! 仙后餐廳由歌手張敬軒主理投資,設計風格都相當有心思,將六七十年代的懷舊風呈現眼前,彩色玻璃穹頂、水晶吊燈、華麗窗簾、萬紫千紅的花樹、古舊鋼琴及舞台,彷如時光倒流,復古味十足! 簡單說過裝潢,接下來的法國菜亦相當驚喜!前菜:薯仔沙律配煙三文魚、脆薯片及九芽菜沙律擺設得很精緻,材料新鮮清甜! 煙三文魚夠味又唔會好咸,配沙律最夾! 是日餐湯:薯仔湯 湯好香濃,食得出好多材料Blend埋一齊!主菜1: 黑毛豬梅頭肉配法式燴雜菜同樣擺盤真係好有心思,靚到都唔想整爛佢XD 黑毛豬好嫩,但亦有少少較口,應該都係慢煮完再煎封表面,火喉剛好!主菜2: 白汁煮法國藍青口配炸薯條個白汁好無輸,真係好濃細滑,藍青口新鮮,好鮮甜,唔會煮到老,超易入口!薯條都係粗身,外脆內軟法式車厘子燉蛋最後食埋甜品,其實都係焦糖燉蛋,因為加左酸酸的車厘子,就唔會覺得膩,仲愈食愈想食落去!
