餐廳裝修非常古典、華麗、有氣派,天花嘅紋理,吊燈同座地燈,仲有好似報紙嘅餐牌中間位置擺放咗一座演奏級鋼琴麵包好特色,有法包同牛油餐包,都非常好食前菜:油甘魚他他 +$48加咗啲青檸汁同埋少少蘋果粒、乾蔥碎,味道清新開胃,比較搶過油甘魚原本嘅鮮味前菜:南瓜意大利飯龍蝦湯湯底極Creamy幼滑,冇渣冇粒粒,濃郁蝦味,對我來講濃咗少少,有點嗆喉主菜:吉列吞拿魚扒+$48吞拿魚肉質好靚,店員上菜亦講咗聲菜名「拖羅」,相信係中拖羅部位超軟嫩,係牛扒嘅Blue,微微有少少筋喺尾部,配埋蒜茸蛋黃醬一流至於配菜味道有點過火,紅黃菜頭都偏鹹偏濃味,搶過本身嘅鮮甜主菜:澳洲和牛牛腹扒 +$48四成熟非常靚牛扒冇乜筋,牛味足,肉與軟嫩,配菜亦好健康主菜:黑椒蒜蓉大蝦芝士意粉呢道菜好失分,意粉過淋,大蝦唔算大隻。。。整體好一般,比普通Cafe差啲甜品:開心果雪糕。櫻桃果醬。開心果脆賣相高級,味道唔錯,上面嘅開心果脆,中間係雪糕,再加埋底部嘅餅乾,一口食晒三重口感味道甜品:白酒燴梨。薑餅。子薑雪糕撻形賣相普通少少,不過味道好夾,唔算太甜 continue reading

踏入五月,好像要找家環境一流既餐廳,嚐一個French Gourmay的餐單,才沒有白過。老饕總愛編層出不窮既藉口,來滿足自己的口腹之慾。點都好,筆者就是來了呢間裝潢被公認為無敵的Junon,與朋友們大快朵頤。毫無疑問,這裡是花過相當的心思去設計,未食先贏左印象分。以一粒鬆脆的香草田螺波波作為端,帶出法式主題。生蠔自然也是法國產地,與紅酒汁是很常見的配搭,生蠔之上放了些刁草、三文魚子及茴香慕絲等,吃起來多一份清新感覺。藍水晶蝦他他被金黃蘋果茸及西芹泡末完全覆蓋了,不看餐牌是不會知道主角墊在底。西芹的味道非常突出,卻都沒有蓋過水晶蝦的鮮味,可想而知呢種蝦絕對是上等貨色。羊面頰肉嫩腍,配上樣煮得腍腍的雅枝竹,以及墊底的雅枝竹燉蛋,是不用咀嚼便可完成的一道菜色。接著來是鱸魚卷,還以為這樣的卷起肉質會好實,結果卻是出奇地細滑,伴以得宜之汁醬,與及香氣十足的雞油菌,不俗。作為食肉獸,最期待的始終是威靈頓牛。酥香的外皮包裹著嫩紅的牛柳,入口鬆化,火候控制恰好處。蘑菇茸及火腿既有效成為酥皮與牛扒的橋樑,亦增添層次。甜品賣相美侖美奐,草莓、紅嗓子醬及雪糕的組合,清新醒胃,在飽到上心口的這個時刻來幾口,舒暢。食埋小巧的petit fours,呷一口伯爵茶,呢個五月不枉過。哈哈! continue reading
