To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近既週末都係下雨天,雖然無得出去行下散心,所以下雨天做吃貨就最好不過,早排留意到哩間台式cafe開業不久,見到裝潢都好吸引,係影相放鬆既好地方,今日我同友人睇舞台劇前決定試下哩間cafe,行左兩層樓梯,中午12:15到達餐廳,已經有唔少客人,店員問我有否訂枱,我當時先知原來午餐時間都可以訂枱,幸好我到達時仲有一張圓枱,所以可以立即入座。餐廳內裝潢真係好復古同好靚,影相食飯都會感到舒服,我同友人們各叫了三份午餐同三杯飲料玫瑰拿鐵: 賣相好靚,飲一啖好重玫瑰味,味道唔錯,另搭幾塊芝麻餅送咖啡飲豬腳飯: 定食內有跟兩至三款配菜,肉躁飯味道普通,豬腳配椰菜,豬腳好難咬,一d都唔淋,全部都係肥膏無肉,其實可以稱得上為難食滷肉拼盤配肉躁飯: 配菜同上,滷水拼盤有豆腐,豬耳,豬肉,芽菜,味道普通清潡牛肉麵: 牛肉好淋好入味,幾好食,麵軟硬度適中,湯頭真係好清,清到幾乎無味整體而言,飲料比食物更好,如果下次再黎,真係叫杯野飲同影下相就夠,食物錢可以省返
