To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日收工晚上來到1963木十豆寸食台灣菜,上兩層樓梯上到去打開門就看到整個充滿非常懷舊復古風格裝修及擺設的餐廳環境,亦是黃店,當晚有兩位說普通話應該是台灣人的店員招待。坐下來就點了一份酥炸小魚作前菜,其實是一些油炸和加鹽調味的小魚乾,比較適合做送茶小食。之後點了碗滷肉飯及台式滷味拼盤,拼盤有滷水豬耳、雞翼、雞蛋、蘿蔔、豆干及海帶,都很豐富,最喜歡這裡的滷水蘿蔔和雞蛋,很入味。另外亦叫了杯凍水果茶,水果茶味偏甜及燈汁味較濃。
