To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 恰巧與男友到港島行逛,當然要找一找好東西來吃。餐廳環境裝潢有特色,走懷舊風格,連餐枱都是用古舊的衣車枱改裝而成。餐廳提供DINNER SET,但我們不是太肚餓,所以散叫。鮮榨果汁(火龍果、檸檬汁、蜂蜜):火龍果味欠奉,檸檬汁和蜂蜜太多,但入口感覺頗清新。烏龍茶香燻雞:本身以為係雞隻,但原來是雞扒形式。煙燻味濃,雞肉沒有雪味,但係略為乾身,味道也不錯。滷肉飯:普普通通,滷水蛋味道不太夠。鹹蛋白玉苦瓜:出奇地好味,白玉苦瓜不太苦,鹹蛋並不是金沙鹹蛋的那種,混和一起,感覺調和。青木瓜排骨湯:頗解渴,青木瓜十分清甜,配上排骨去燉湯,元氣滿滿。鮮奶純芋千層蛋糕:芋頭味濃厚,但皮有點厚,cream都頗滑。餐廳食物水平不錯,而且環境充滿打卡點,可以拍出美美的照片。
