To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末有日係附近做完嘢,已經係中午時間,同埋朋友一齊行下附近搵下有咩嘢食。等過馬路時,就見到呢間嘅招牌,印象好似多人提過嘅文青餐廳,就撞上去睇下有無位。時間可能仲早,walk-in都有位,用餐時間就得1個鐘,不過都理解。餐廳環境好有年代感,裝潢同擺設都係懷舊台灣風,仲會播十幾年前的台灣流行曲,雖然兩樣嘢係唔同年代,不過對於食客嚟講,十幾年前的台灣流行曲已經等於舊年代喇,哈哈﹗食物方面,朋友叫左滿漢牛肉麵,餐牌話有清燉牛肉麵、紅燒拌麵、紅燒牛肉麵三款口味,但上枱我哋只係見到清燉牛肉麵,旁邊係紅燒牛肉。份量係超大,朋友食哂D肉都好滯。麵身都叫做有D咬口,但係清燉牛肉麵個湯底就真係淡口,朋友要加哂D蒜蓉落個湯度。紅燒牛肉都算淋都入味,不過成個餐都係肉肉肉,我見到就只係淺嚐就夠。因為好耐都無去台灣,都想整碗滷肉飯,就叫左台式滷味拼盤配滷肉飯,入面有豬耳、雞翼、蛋、蘿蔔、豆干同埋海帶。成碗滷肉飯上面係肥膏嚟,仲要係一條條,無切粒粒,同我期望係一粒粒半肥瘦嘅滷肉有D出入,不過都有咸香嘅。但係滷味拼盤就得D色,全部都無滷水味,蘿蔔仲幾硬,好難咬….另外仲叫左好少見的樹子水蓮菜,落夠蒜蓉炒,好惹味,水蓮
