To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友嚟呢度食過三次晏,等一次上嚟嘅時候心諗呢間餐廳都幾搞鬼,開係唐樓上面,食嘢之前叫你做下運動先!上到嚟就有啲去咗另一個世界嘅感覺,入面放咗好多舊嘢,收銀機,相機,佈置得好似六,七十年代。餐牌簡潔,都係地道台灣菜,食過牛肉麵,炸雞腿 等等,味道都幾唔錯,最鐘意嘅反意係炒水蓮,香港好小地方食到,而黑糖珍珠奶茶都好飲過唔小連鎖店,不過價錢唔算平,一個飯加飲品都成100,只能概歎百物騰貴。值得一提呢度啲餐具上都會印上例好不可挑食等提醒,幾有心思😆
