同朋友食咗一個好高質嘅晚餐慶祝生日!呢間位於上環的間高級fine dining餐廳,食到好多精緻嘅菜式。超級美味嘅Parker House麵包配上香滑嘅焦糖牛油,好味又香口~仲有啲蒜香味喺麵包入邊超好食!跟住係一個Kansan生魚片,淋上醋汁同魚子醬配Polmard牛肉他他一齊食!新鮮嘅牛肉切碎配上煙燻魚子醬,口感豐富又有層次感。紅鯛魚配番茄、羅勒,組合得好得意,魚肉鮮嫩,配料互相襯托。再嚟就係Uni海膽意粉,配上紅蝦同青芒果同芥末,咁啱嘅組合真係令人驚艷。不得不提65度烤西班牙黑毛豬肚肉,配上山楂同洛神花,滋味酸甜味道好平衡。最後,我哋仲升級左A4宮崎和牛,用蘋果木燒烤,再加埋柚子辣椒同黑橄欖,肉質嫩滑,好滿足。整個晚餐品嚐到嘅菜式都好用心,味道精緻又有層次感,真係食得好滿足。係上環嗰間fine dining餐廳嘅晚餐,真係一次難忘嘅體驗!
