To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢同我老公拍拖六周年當然搵一間有情調嘅西餐廳進行晚餐喺繁華鬧市入邊有一間LAB EAT究竟係930個好評入邊會唔會有啲伏嘢呢?我認為一間餐廳最影響到我對佢嘅整體分數加減 係佢嘅服務生態度🧑🏻‍🍳呢度嘅員工呢都係十分之親切有時可以問多一兩句服務員就會推薦一啲必食嘅菜單俾你☺️今次頭盤我就要咗鵝肝多士配黑母茸菇湯鵝肝入口即溶 充滿着滿滿嘅邪惡感😜我哋今次冇叫到任何粉麵 叫咗兩個main dish分別係炭燒黑毛豬鞍($368)由於豬鞍係靠近肩肉位置所以肉質帶點爽且有彈性和肉汁鮮嫩完全唔會覺得鞋颯颯😚另一樣就係 rib eye steak for sure la ($568)牛味好濃好香 有牛味肉質唔會太煙靭肉質又比牛柳有牛味 肉汁豐富🤔最後我地叫餐廳先準備一個Oreo千層蛋糕我哋再放自己買咗嘅裝飾品落去簡簡單單幸幸福福就過咗我哋拍拖嘅六周年
