聽聞慢煮方式嘅食物特別鮮嫩好食,情人節快到,一於上網揾間慢煮餐廳同老公預祝情人節啦😉上環普慶坊呢間我愛慢煮,位置比較偏僻,可以由東華醫院附近行樓梯行上去,近卜公公園,店舖裝飾中西合璧,西洋吊燈加埋中式掛飾,家庭聚會可以上閣樓,自成一角😄點餐係自助形式,櫃面同侍應點選咗食物後,就會送到餐枱,餐具,醬料係自助形式,飲管用紙造,夠環保👍🏻首先,要份雜菜沙律,份量都幾多,撈咗橄欖油同醋,特別醒胃😋美式燻烤豬仔骨,豬仔骨肉質通常比較靱,但係原來用慢煮嘅方式烹調,肉質唔單止鮮嫩,肉汁多,仲腍到一切就骨肉分開,BBQ醬配肉質嘅原汁原味,有驚喜👍🏻48小時羊後膝,用48小時低温慢煮方式煮嘅羊後膝,肉質同樣咁嫩滑,肉汁鎖住係羊膝裡面,用孜然粉同茴香粉醃肉,羊羶味唔重👍🏻飲品我哋要咗熱情芒果特飲同士多啤梨特飲,梳打汽水加埋果粒,味道夠清新😋好想試佢地嘅慢煮紅酒梨配意大利雪糕,但係已經賣哂🤔,老公提議下次再黎食,反正餐牌仲有其他菜式我哋都未試😋
