👉有牛當然要有埋羊先叫得上食肉獸咖麻!
今次嗌左個半後膝試試。經過慢煮烹調,
肉質變得軟腍,大部份位置都做到入口即化開既
感覺。我鍾意食羊係因為果種濃郁既羶味。

👉有我最鍾意食既炸蕃薯條!餐廳將條條都
炸得好脆口,其實蕃薯條比就咁一般既
薯條會比較健康,而家既潮流亦都偏向蕃薯條。
我覺得佢地最殺食既識得運用松露醬去配搭,
Staff建議將松露撈埋沙律醬,令成個松露味出哂黎!
相當惹味呀!

朋友帶我去上環,話有一間隠敞的餐廳,帶我去試下,間餐廳叫「我愛慢煮」,門口得英文名,入到去就大大個招牌掛左係中間。我叫左一杯青檸薄荷飲品,有好多薄荷葉,好清新,不過太細杯,好快就飲哂啦叫左一客芝士温泉蛋大啡菇,果然係好大隻,仲有天塊芝士係面~切開就見到少少流心的温泉蛋,微温~仲叫左一客香草丹麥烤雞膇,一各有4隻,4隻都大大隻,有成枝叉咁長。雞脾啖啖肉,肉質仲好鮮嫩,香草仲好惹味,,配上醬汁,微辣。

我愛慢煮是主打慢煮的主菜,還有其他是小食,輕食,甜品等。選擇了兩杯特飲,澳洲檸檬青檸特飲和熱情芒果特飲。兩杯特飲都不少量果香味,酸酸甜甜,令人開胃,食慾大增。小食order 了芝士忌廉菠菜苗,菠菜苗本來沒什麼味道,但有較為濃味的芝士忌廉中和返,味道不錯!US安格斯西冷牛扒,因為這裡是主打慢煮的主菜,所以沒有分幾成熟。西冷牛扒十分軟熟,容易切開。慢煮保持了牛肉的原汁原味,鎖死了肉汁,亦不會令到牛肉變得堅韌,肉質依然嫩滑。美式煙烤豬仔骨,份量適合兩個人。豬仔骨每條都好鬆軟,軟硬程度適中,容易入口。另外加配了燒露荀苗,露荀苗不老亦沒有菜渣,入口爽脆,很新鮮。

不知道為什麼會這麼火 是看了榜單去吃的 完全失望 需要提前定位 直接walk in可能會被拒絕 第一次撲空之後第二次就有提前預約 按照大家的推薦點的餐點 沒有印象深刻的 甚至雞肉味道還很難吃 實在不太了解為什麼會沖到榜單前幾?

平安夜約左家人黎到呢間慢煮舖食,佢冇得散叫,只有Christmas set ,3百幾一個人,乜都唔洗揀,要揀嘅只有紅白酒或聖誕特飲。主菜有牛,雞腿同啲薯條,個牛真係好食,以前試過食其他慢煮牛,好多都做得唔好食,佢呢個就做到入面好多肉汁,但又有啲彈牙嘅口感唔會煮到林哂,其他野食就中規中矩,不過不失。但我唔太鍾意佢用嘅餐具,裝湯用膠碗,令佢個格調好似變左茶餐廳咁。同埋佢上菜除左湯同甜品外,都係share 咁兩三碟,我5個人,得3塊牛,好難分,啲牛因為厚身,睇落好細舊,分完更加覺得細,雖然我知佢係斷gram計。但我會比較鍾意佢分好哂每人一份。而且由於太多人,上菜好慢,又漏單,等甜品等左好耐,我地由8點食到十點幾先食完。總結,節日太多人,令樓面有啲亂,如果下次再黎我會想單點啲慢煮牛扒,好好認真品嚐。PS等得太耐太餓,完全冇影過相食哂。

今日肥brown同三五知已一齊去我愛慢煮食飯—大班人就係要叫好多小食開心share<炸蕃薯條>呢度係兩份嘅蕃薯條, 蕃薯條炸到脆卜卜睇佢嘅長度都似係新鮮刨出嚟嘅, 配上黑松露醬, 邪惡又好食 食到一半覺得有啲膩 , 所以就去咗佢嘅自助醬料臺, 落啲茄汁, 酸酸甜甜, 又可以轉換口味<墨西哥粟米花>嗌咗個粟米花, 本身以為佢係一啲粟米粒嚟嘅, 但係出到嚟原來就係一條完整嘅粟米鋪上少少芝士, 再用火槍燒到佢微焦粟米水份好足夠, 仲有淡淡嘅炭燒味另外粟米邊都有少少生嘅菠菜, 再加咗檸檬汁, 減輕咗佢嘅罪惡感<芝士香草車厘茄>車厘茄嘅份量同芝士量都好夠, 以佢side嘅價錢有咁樣嘅質素算係相當唔錯~<牛油卡真蝦仁串及芝士温泉蛋大啡菇>另外, 我地仲嗌左蝦仁同大啡菇, 但掛住影相, 溫泉蛋就凍到結左啦<US 安格斯頂級平鐵扒>而牛扒就偏瘦, 但幾有肉汁<澳洲檸檬青檸特飲及荔枝接骨木花特飲>至於特飲方面, 肥brown都幾推嫁...清爽又有特色呢

難得係上環附近收工寳寳話食過間慢煮幾好食 又帶我去佢地第二間分店試為左就我收工所以去左山上面嘅分店位置都幾入 要搵都要d時間 但又好多人食野食選擇唔算好多 但價錢都幾合理仲有好多唔同款嘅手工啤可以揀😍我地就揀左d light d嘅黎飲~我飲果隻係左邊 幾爽口 有麥味另外就叫左沙律 有d檸檬汁係底仲有呢個芝士溫泉蛋大菇 面果層有入口即溶感覺 芝士味濃 呢個配菜唔錯主食我地就叫左牛同羊牛扒好好食 生熟度岩岩好 有筋位 有牛香味 唔會好硬而羊 都有d 酥味 但唔重嘅 而且佢配個薄荷醬食落甜甜地 都唔差晚餐食西餐慢煮兩個人都係二百蚊左右呢個價錢我覺得好抵呀~
