星期日同女朋友黎左銅鑼灣食呢間好出名既日本串燒。先來會有蔬菜做前菜,留意翻每位會收翻$14咖。然後就開始串燒部分,一黎就有我最愛既牛,揀左安格斯牛柳 ,七成熟既牛柳無血水仲有少少粉紅色,外面焦香,入面仲好juicy,牛肉味好濃!女朋友就揀左豬,要左份舞茸豬肉卷。薄薄嘅豬肉片捲着舞茸菇,舞茸菇獨特嘅香氣形成一種天然而特別嘅調味料,師傅只係加少少鹽燒已經好好夠味。有牛有豬點少得雞呢,要咗日本串燒經常見到嘅免治雞肉棒。免治雞肉入面加咗切碎嘅雞軟骨,卷成一個肥嘟嘟嘅棒,口感爽爽的。配合埋超級嫩滑嘅溫泉蛋,濃濃嘅蛋黃係一個好配合嘅醬。除咗串燒之外呢度都有好多唔同種類嘅食物選擇,我哋要咗呢個聽落都好吸引嘅海膽天婦羅。海膽用紫蘇葉包住再天婦羅炸,外脆內軟,海膽份量一d唔少,配埋淡淡地嘅天婦羅汁兩者平衡得好好,唔會搶咗海膽嘅鮮味。最後亦都要左份清酒煮大蜆 ,蜆既份量都幾多,每隻都開哂口而且都冇沙,夠新鮮。清酒味唔算濃,咁樣更可以食到蜆既清甜味。呢度食物質素真係可以媲美日本當地食到嘅感覺,店員亦都好有熱誠好健談。
