To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於食到一直都好想食既片皮鴨!唔講唔知,原來而家可以用手機拎飛排隊,唔洗再係門口等咁浪費時間店舖入面空間好大,你仲可以見到周圍都掛住佢最出名既原隻燒鴨見到都想食我同朋友叫左生煎包生煎包一咬落去好多湯汁,肉食落都好新鮮好夠味要小心d夾,如果夾穿左就會流哂d湯走無咁好食嫁啦重頭戲片皮鴨加埋蔥,青瓜條,醬同皮一齊食,咬落去口感層次分明,又脆又軟每一層餅皮都會都會有一張紙隔住,等佢地唔會痴住,非常體貼鴨肉好香好淋,鴨皮又燒得岩岩好,食幾多都唔會厭
