Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食點心我平時最鍾意食點心㗎,今次就揀咗呢間添好運點心專門店,我嗌咗個陳皮牛肉球,一個酥皮焗叉燒包,蜜汁叉燒腸同埋炸兩!中環呢間舖頭位置相當方便,喺正香港站入邊,真係啱晒我呢啲收工之後唔煮飯嘅人!陳皮牛肉球口感非常之豐富,再加少少腐皮真係超正!酥皮焗叉燒包呢個真係非常推薦,香酥嘅外皮熱辣辣非常之好食,再加埋甜甜地嘅叉燒餡,真係必食之選!蜜汁叉燒腸正常發揮,叉燒份量都多嘅!個炸兩要讚嘅係拎到返屋企凍咗少少,但係都係超脆而且個皮夠薄!

陳皮牛肉球口感非常之豐富,再加少少腐皮真係超正!酥皮焗叉燒包呢個真係非常推薦,香酥嘅外皮熱辣辣非常之好食,再加埋甜甜地嘅叉燒餡,真係必食之選!
