To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成十款餃子，我都係羊or牛，今次試左羊， 餃子皮唔厚， 羊肉份量算多，都抵食既。蝦水餃唔差既，但只屬普通，可能食唔慣蝦做餃子，加上無食到咩蝦肉，感覺一般麻醬雞絲粉皮出色之作 (起碼佢唔係用日式胡麻醬)，配上滑滑粉皮，我的最愛土豆絲我服了，竟然係烚土豆，再加少少辣醬，太無誠意了吧，細細碟，成$28
