再次被餃子所吸引 難怪自己係餃子控山東餃子店有3間分店 依間應該算新啲?外面裝修睇落唔錯 入面都多枱 有長枱同圓枱 擺設幾有中國氣息自己落單叫咗個韭黃蝦仁餃配上海麵套餐 ($42)另加雞絲 (+$8)飲品要熱檸水 (+$2)賣相幾好 望落豐富份量大 啲餃子大大隻 麵都好多湯底係豬肉湯 清淡得黎又有味👍🏻勝在天然冇味精 亦唔油原先以為韭黃蝦仁餃會冇豬肉 點知原來係豬肉再加一隻蝦仁🥟餃子相對冇咁好食 餡料份量正常 豬肉有豬肉味 不過唔知點解好似唔夠juicy 乾咗啲 🦐蝦仁亦唔新鮮 完全冇蝦味 唔夠爽反而有啲硬 韮黃直頭冇味不過佢個餃子皮幾好食嘅 厚度適中 唔易爛 個邊幾煙韌至於上海麵一開始一舊咁 要自己整鬆佢🍜麵質幼身 以為會係好淋嗰啲點知食落又幾好食雖然唔可以話佢好煙韌 但係質感幾特別 似拉麵同米線混合體 比較黏身唔會一夾就斷 好令人回味嘅口感最後講吓雞絲🐓雞絲係手撕雞 真係見到一條條食落超淋 而且幾香雞油味 應該用新鮮雞整已經起曬皮同滑配麵食就啱曬-整體味道幾好 上海麵好味 唔太識形容佢嘅口感 不過真係幾得意唯一餃子唔算出色 起餃子專門店黎講未到位餐廳環境比較細 位子少少逼 坐得冇咁舒服衛生有待改善 啲餐具就咁放起枱冇摭蓋 任由客人摸/自取 萬一上手咳就被污染了🤭而且人手唔夠 成人冇人抹枱服務態度差少少 都係因為唔夠人手 個姐姐語氣唔好 又成日冇人認你 落個單都等咗陣先有人認...Cp值就唔錯 依個價錢同份量黎講幾抵食 冇加一 continue reading

琴日中午去食餃子,點左一份芹菜餃,麻辣土豆絲同一杯豆漿。先上麻辣土豆絲,因為超小麻辣,我叫阿姐可唔可以比多小小麻辣,佢叫我自己用台上面既辣椒醬。好喇,我照加,食左其實係唔一樣,我心諗:如果係一樣不如下次清上土豆絲,我自己加辣醬咪得羅。不過我都廢事同佢嘈,無再出聲。。到芹菜餃,上黎個刻有一半都碌到串晒爛晒。。咁好明顯入面既肉汁無晒喇,仲要食到有件既肉係梅好肉爛肉咁,諗起都想嘔。店舖比以前新左,但食物越來越差 continue reading

晚餐二人 叫左個海蜇 餃子米線 牛肉麵 外加兩個燉湯海蜇非常酸 唔係好啱口味 同埋份量偏少 用青瓜絲擺底 都佔左一大半餃子米線都okay 偏淡 燉湯黎到非常多油 同埋唔熱 舊雞直情係凍冰冰 咁見食完等左咁耐 仲要係凍既 直接埋單走人 唔係好啱胃口收銀個姐姐仲要不停話飲過 等幾分鐘都唔等 西口西面但無諗過上個凍既燉湯仲要多油到爆 一句唔好意思都無 食完仲有少少肚痛 非常差唔會再黎真係要比個劣評 不過餃子果d都叫普通啦 不過不失 希望個燉湯同d小菜改善下啦 continue reading

成十款餃子,我都係羊or牛,今次試左羊, 餃子皮唔厚, 羊肉份量算多,都抵食既。蝦水餃唔差既,但只屬普通,可能食唔慣蝦做餃子,加上無食到咩蝦肉,感覺一般麻醬雞絲粉皮出色之作 (起碼佢唔係用日式胡麻醬),配上滑滑粉皮,我的最愛土豆絲我服了,竟然係烚土豆,再加少少辣醬,太無誠意了吧,細細碟,成$28 continue reading

趁放假去花墟行,中午附近搵食,花園街呢段多餐廳,有啲想食餃子,就試下呢間。小舖一間,20個位左右,侍應老闆都似係北方人,會用普通話夾雜外省話溝通。服務一般般,落單都係自己寫紙仔再交單畀靚姐。餃子款式都算多有成10款以上,可選單款餃亦可雙併,但雙併要10隻計。主食麵飯、小吃都有唔少選擇。自己點左一客白菜豬肉湯餃10隻加雞絲粉皮。10隻餃子大小相若,有BB拳頭左右咁大粒。望落去皮薄隱約見到餡料。咬落去薄皮、滑溜亦偏軟腍身,餡肉味濃。未至於會爆汁,但都有少許肉汁流出。餡料豬肉無雪味,咬感肥瘦煙韌適中,唔會得散肉,亦都咬得到"菜渣"釀入肉當中。始終白菜味本身唔係重味,可韭菜、薺菜會食得到香氣。溫聲提示一下,呢度做法係淨水餃上,如果要湯記得講聲湯另上或連湯上,不過佢哋嘅湯並唔似附近出名餃子店係湯底聞名,只係普通豬肉湯味咁。豆瓣醬並唔算辣,個醋係黑醋嚟架,香味、酸度十分好! 至於個雞絲粉皮,份量上都無呃人,賣相都唔差。花生碎、麻醬、青瓜絲、雞絲及粉皮都有一個小山仔。材料應該係半準備好,由雪櫃拎出嚟再擺盤,並唔係原碟喺雪櫃拎出嚟,所以涼拌感比較好,唔係得個冰凍乾硬。雞絲量好足,夾親都有咁濟,而且個麻醬以為落得少,原來撈勻晒係每條粉皮都會沾到。粉皮粗幼度似河粉,咬落唔乾身,爽滑彈牙! 點咗兩樣食物都好好,無中伏。有機會下次試下併麵食同點埋甜品食。雖然太子好多勁出名餃子店,呢間都儘量有自己特色,唔去硬撼湯底,混合啲北方口味。 continue reading
