To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次經過都必有人排隊,話晒米芝蓮嘛,今日閑日,竟然無人排隊,就入去試試佢出晒名既酥皮焗叉燒包,必食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,果然,新鮮出爐香噴噴熱辣辣,個酥皮一咬落去好鬆脆,成個包又好鬆軟,入面啲叉燒肥瘦度恰到好處,岩晒唔中意食肥肉既我,另外我仲點左其他點心,蝦腸,牛肉,馬拉糕,都比一般酒樓出色,尤其個蝦腸,腸粉皮唔爛,好滑,整體上有8分(10分滿分),會再去食👍🏻
