To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎咋!都係因為完成左個project,老細請成條team食飯,所以先會黎!因為有成七個人,都要左好多野,其中比較特別係個爆牛肉,用鐵板上,仲親眼望住個侍應將牛肉一片片放上去,沙沙聲,然後香噴噴,而且仲熱辣辣,但係原來都幾辣喎,我唔食得好多!另外一個叫梅菜肥牛包,比想像中好喎,因為我本來以為好油好膩,但原來唔係,所謂肥牛都唔係真正好肥,而且幾多梅菜,而梅菜又好味,個包熱食最正!至於擔擔麵,叫既時候佢話一窩俾四人分享,咁我地又叫左咁多點心,咪諗住一窩大家分,點知話就話四人,但七人都可以分到每人大大碗,夠有餘!味道方面,我覺得只屬一般,ok啦!人人話唔辣,但我就覺得有少少辣啦,個湯底都有少少油…小籠包都循例非吃不吃,我覺得不過不失啦!仲有一款係個侍應推介,叫素鍋貼,聽個名好清,上桌見到個皮係綠色,好特別又好似好健康,但食落反而唔太鍾意,因為雖然材料全素,但係油,真係油,都唔係想像中咁健康!味道方面,我寧願食番普通鍋貼!不過,又有一樣好好好好味既野喎!就係芝麻油餅,好香口好脆好有芝麻香,又薄喎!一食就唔停到口喇!如果有多d又或者唔使顧禮儀,我諗我真係可以一個人食晒成碟囉!呢個推介呀!我仲

但係,唔可以唔提係甜品。我地要左兩款,其一係杏仁西米露,好香杏仁味,清而不膩,唔錯!但最好還在後頭,就係另一款,名為杞子桂花糕,又靚又好味!糕件小小分兩層,下層係豌豆黃糕,甜甜地,上層晶瑩通透,桂花同杞子清晰可見,一食就有淡淡桂花味,好清新,唔會太甜,我從來未食過咁清咁light既中色甜品,值得試試!
