To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前網上已睇到呢間,美中鴨子,見到佢片皮鴨好似唔錯,所以去食晚飯,去到都要排隊,大約排左20分鐘就可以入去,入到餐廳,d燈都係偏暗,見到枱上d餐具都有鴨既圖案,都幾特別,我同男友order左火腿鴨湯,片皮鴨同海鮮焗飯,可能我自己麻麻火腿味,所以覺得一般,但男友覺得ok到片皮鴨了,我同男友都覺得好好食呀,d皮好脆,加埋d青瓜,蔥,甜醬包住食,簡直係人間美食海鮮焗飯,焗飯乾左小小,但味道都還算可以,如果唔太乾就非常好嗱總結,正評
