To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不單止野食好味,更覺有番左台灣家鄉嘅感覺,加上近排瘋狂追嘅華燈初十,彷如去番昔日年代!大飽口福之餘更加大飽眼福今次晚餐叫左幾款小菜同朋友share,碟碟都精美足料,十分飽肚!滷肉飯🍚滷肉飯價錢親民,份量恰好🤤!味道唔會太甜同太咸,而且粒粒滷肉鮮明,唔會過肥或過瘦!台式滷味併盤滷味併盤超多餸!有1.5隻蛋🥚,3隻雞翼🍖,豬耳🐷🦻🏽,海帶🌱同豆腐🥡。所謂嘅前菜都幾飽呀!有驚喜之處係佢嘅滷水汁帶有少少花鵰酒味🍶,成個滷水汁升級左🤤小魚花生炒山蘇山蘇係台灣原生種嘅蕨類植物🥬,我都係第一次接觸,當然要試下啦!佢嘅質地似油墨菜,但佢比油墨菜更爽口,細細塊好易入口,加埋小魚乾🐟同花生🥜嘅咸香味,菜嘅鮮味都帶出黎,超好食呀!蒼蠅頭炒米粉初頭以為咩叫烏蠅頭🪰,唔通真係食烏蠅?原來係豆豉!佢嘅米粉🍜炒到乾身唔濕,配上炒香嘅肉碎,甘筍,椰菜同豆豉等等配料,十分惹味!十足十係夜市即叫即炒嘅風味呀😆😆

初頭以為咩叫烏蠅頭🪰,唔通真係食烏蠅?原來係豆豉!佢嘅米粉🍜炒到乾身唔濕,配上炒香嘅肉碎,甘筍,椰菜同豆豉等等配料,十分惹味!十足十係夜市即叫即炒嘅風味呀😆😆
