第一次食美味廚的火鍋, 應該差不多九年前, 舊舊舊公司其中一個同事的Farewell Dinner, 這也是我第一次吃的貴價火鍋. 她出名的除了貴價海鮮和牛肉外, 當然也有其湯底, 特別是其整隻蟹及龍蝦上的, 又或是看似Cappuccino但其實是冬蔭公的湯底. 時光飛逝, 她的改變就是多了很多米芝連推介以及老闆和明星合照的相片, 其他不是太多吧! 在星期二的晩上九時多, 場上只有我們及另一桌的外國人, 感覺和第一次或之前去的反差蠻大的, 有點蒼涼. 本地手切牛脊肉牛味和雪花平均得不錯, 再加上買一送一的優惠; 以及胡椒豬肚湯底濃烈的胡椒味, 又是七折優惠....我也不太理解是夜蒼涼之因, 就是將其當作我和妳放工後的私人空間就是.
