五年沒有見的朋友由新加波回來香港, 尽地主之宜帶朋友香港大吃一餐, 挑選了尖沙咀這間樓上日式店相聚。大約因為疫情的關係, 店的人流不多, 店員能有更多時間招呼我們, 因此都覺得服務十分好。日本餐當然少不了刺身及串燒, 相聚當然也少不了酒。我們點了一客四色刺身拼盤,有三文魚, 帆立貝, 油甘魚及赤蝦。無款都十分厚切,三文魚金黃色的肉, 魚紋清晰, 潔白的帆立貝, 大約三隻手指般大, 入口清甜綿滑, 油甘魚淡紅色的肉, 十分肥美, 魚香味重, 而赤蝦, 蝦肉晶瑩剔透, 咬下清甜肉爽, 新鮮無比;其后點了一些串燒芫茜卷, 夠特別, 很少店會有, 而且平時不太喜歡吹芫茜的我, 這裏的芫茜卷做得十分惹味, 一片肉把芫茜卷起, 芫茜爽口且味淡, 感減輕肉的膩感;另一首厚切白金豚, 白金2字感覺十分高級, 吃起上來, 豬肉的油份十分香口, 整串肉的肥瘦比例大約7:3, 入口即溶, 吃完有少少膩感, 但齒頰留香;吃完白金豚來一客顎骨肉, 顎骨肉口感另外, 相對較瘦, 肉較粗糙, 但豬肉味較重, 而且吃完也不見油膩感。燒豬肝串也挺特別的, 豬肝切成小份燒至每一粒都金黃色, 口感較硬, 每一口的豬肝味較為

其后來一客黑松露牛油炒雜菌, 淡淡的黑松露香配以雜菌的菇香, 再配以牛油, 使雜菌更為幼滑, 三重口味混合較為獨特, 而且很快有飽肚的感覺。
