今日去咗尖沙咀寶勒巷度搵嘢食,同朋友去咗呢間我哋食過嘅高質串燒店Mokumoku Yakiton。餐廳主打日式燒豬料理,款式多之餘,味道亦相當有驚喜。 前菜醋漬蕃茄清新開胃,凍凍地,蕃茄多汁,酸度平衡得好好。我哋仲叫咗生蠔,岩手縣赤崎蠔鮮甜肥美,蠔肉成隻手掌咁大,入口Creamy,蠔味濃郁帶海水味,回味無窮,值得Encore! 串燒部分,西班牙夾心肉油脂分布均勻,食落一層肉夾住一層肥肉咁,好有肉汁。上等豬脷串同豬生腸串都處理得好好,無內臟腥味。煙燻豬腩有淡淡煙燻味,側邊仲有芥末醬畀你點。蒜芯豬肉卷同秋葵豬肉卷將豬肉同蔬菜結合得恰到好處,食落爽口唔油膩。 特別推薦雞翼串,上枱嘅時候已經覺得燒到好靚,外皮香脆,肉汁鎖得住,簡單調味已經好好味!蔬菜類嘅沖繩苦瓜同抱子甘藍燒得爽脆,保留原味。最後嘅燒菠蘿香甜多汁,完美平衡成餐飯嘅油膩感。 另外食串燒就當然唔少得叫酒類飲品啦,Ginger Highball清爽解渴,而柚子 x 檸檬酒酸酸甜甜好啱女仔飲。整體而言,Mokumoku Yakiton 食物有水準,環境輕鬆,服務周到,係尖沙咀區一個不錯嘅串燒選擇,推薦俾鍾意飲兩杯同食串燒嘅朋友!

每次想食豚肉串燒,一定想起這間店舖,因他除主打豚肉串燒,還有很多選擇,我和朋友都非常喜歡!前菜係酸甜蕃茄,好醒胃!刺身盛有三文魚、油甘魚、帶子和赤蝦,海膽加在紫菜上面吃,鮮甜味美!原條魷魚筒:經燒烤後醮上醬汁, 更可帶出魷魚鮮味,肉質又彈牙!煙燻豬腩:豬腩肥瘦均勻,煙燻後外表微脆, 肉嫩而且有肉汁!牛油果伴芝士:牛油果上面伴有木魚絲和芝士,加上牛油果的軟滑,層次感豐富!上等豬脷串、 豬小腸串、 豚肉豬腦串,都係屬於豬內臟,如果接受到,係會感覺幾特別,且有嚼口!林檎紅薑豬肉卷:豬肉卷裏面放有蘋果紅薑,好清新香甜,唔覺豬肉肥膩!花生苗卷:豬肉包著花生苗做串燒,花生苗爽口,還帶有一股獨特的香味!味噌煮:裡面放有日本蘿蔔、油揚,吸收了味噌的味道,好滋味!燒菠蘿呢個甜品,係我和朋友的至愛,所以覺得份外香甜!乳酸味氣酒和巨峰梳打,係我地食串燒必有的飲品,酸酸甜甜,減低串燒的油膩感覺!

原條魷魚筒:經燒烤後醮上醬汁, 更可帶出魷魚鮮味,肉質又彈牙!
煙燻豬腩:豬腩肥瘦均勻,煙燻後外表微脆, 肉嫩而且有肉汁!

牛油果伴芝士:牛油果上面伴有木魚絲和芝士,加上牛油果的軟滑,層次感豐富!

上等豬脷串、 豬小腸串、 豚肉豬腦串,都係屬於豬內臟,如果接受到,係會感覺幾特別,且有嚼口!

林檎紅薑豬肉卷:豬肉卷裏面放有蘋果紅薑,好清新香甜,唔覺豬肉肥膩!
花生苗卷:豬肉包著花生苗做串燒,花生苗爽口,還帶有一股獨特的香味!

味噌煮:裡面放有日本蘿蔔、油揚,吸收了味噌的味道,好滋味!
燒菠蘿呢個甜品,係我和朋友的至愛,所以覺得份外香甜!
乳酸味氣酒和巨峰梳打,係我地食串燒必有的飲品,酸酸甜甜,減低串燒的油膩感覺!
