今日帶咗媽咪去食一間巷仔串燒,個名好有日本feel,日本串燒不嬲都唔錯,仲要通常要隱蔽啲就會好味,果然唔差。叫左六樣野食,分別係牛柳粒 ,雞心,雞脾肉,廚師沙律,豬肉提子,芝麻雞翼。牛柳粒,係澳洲嚟嘅和牛,食落去牛味非常重,都好多肉汁。雞心,呢度特別在就係原粒雞心燒,原來平時食開嗰啲都分開咗一半,串燒調味非常到位,雞心好彈牙。鹽燒雞脾肉,我覺得呢個最出色。聽講用既係阿江美雞肉,從張相都會睇到外皮有啲脆,水份非常充足,啲肉唔會一絲絲,係高質既表現。廚師沙律,配料用咗白毛豬,一定要連菜食,如果就咁食白毛豬的話會好鹹,沙律用嘅醋,都好夾。豬肉提子,呢個食嗰陣時要小心,因為提子係好熱嘅,如果呢個時候咬落去嘅話,啲熱汁就會飛晒出嚟。另外我係第一次咁食,發現原來提子呢個甜味中和得串燒豬肉嘅鹹味幾好。芝麻雞翼,正正常常,新鮮滾熱辣。總結:我覺得呢間野好適合去酒吧街嘅人,飲酒前或者飲酒後,去食美食,何樂而不為。

廚師沙律,配料用咗白毛豬,一定要連菜食,如果就咁食白毛豬的話會好鹹,沙律用嘅醋,都好夾。
