今日去油塘,係大本型行左一圈都揀唔到食咩,朋友建議黎(蜀府川鍋),估唔到工業大厦地下有間似模似樣的中菜,門口都好靚好大體,門面唔錯,間鋪都好大間,有卡位有圓枱,餐牌有廣東,有客家,有京滬, 有上海,有四川……總之好似咩都有d. 服務員的阿叔仲好好人,都俾好多建議我們,我們先點冷盤,叫小菜,加條魚禁,於是我們最後決定點了小籠包,燒大蜆,麻辣酸菜烤鱘龍魚,泡椒尖筍,尖椒皮蛋,山楂咕嚕肉。小籠包多汁,皮唔厚都ok,一口一個, 有5個$38;泡椒尖筍 ,又酸又辣,勁開胃,咪睇佢無咩色水,辣得刺激,食完又想再食,堅辣 $38尖椒糖心皮蛋 ,尖椒有銀,所以是辣的,糖心皮蛋係黃色果種,比黑色的更好味,因為黑色會有陣醃味,黃色皮蛋有d新鮮鴨蛋香味,十分罕有$38山楂咕嚕肉,普通廣東菜,同菠蘿咕嚕肉類同,但炸得不夠脆,鑊氣唔夠,少少失望 $68燒大蜆 服務員話好細隻,但黎到成隻清蒸鮑魚禁款,好多蒜蓉好香,其實一d都唔細,件蜆肉有匙羹禁大,肥美喎$64-4隻麻辣酸菜鱘龍魚, 比想像中大條,屈蛇禁係個烤盤到,呢味係服務員推介,所以大家好期待,當佢開火滾起來,我們就忍唔住試食魚肉啦,基本鱘龍就唔係海魚啦,開頭

麻辣酸菜鱘龍魚, 比想像中大條,屈蛇禁係個烤盤到,呢味係服務員推介,所以大家好期待,當佢開火滾起來,我們就忍唔住試食魚肉啦,基本鱘龍就唔係海魚啦,開頭都擔心淡水魚腥,不過可能係麻辣,大量的配料,芫茜,大蔥,芽菜,酸菜,薯粉,豆卜……令到魚味唔腥,辣辣地都幾惹味,我反而最喜歡食豆卜同薯粉,呢味菜好適合一班人食,至於條魚唔同大細唔同價的,呢條就$378,我們3個人食十分飽肚!

另外發現有豬油砵仔撈飯,不過我們無叫到,餐牌真係幾多款式,見到唔少人打邊爐,食雞煲添。應該都唔差,幾旺。
