尚盛海鮮之《磯野水產》終於可以試到銅鑼灣呢間高質既居酒屋,餐廳以高質海鮮為主打,位置好方便,餐廳雖然唔算大,但格局裝修有日式居酒屋feel,(前菜) 緹魚醬 + 蔬菜棒 $34:店員上台時介紹,緹魚醬係由多春魚同沙甸魚醬混合以制成,味道帶點鹹重,配合蔬菜棒點嚟食,十分滋味,薄切池魚刺身 $688:池魚擺盤好靚,刺身十分新鮮,薄切同厚度每片都一樣,師傅刀工一錯,味道有魚香,食完後魚頭角骨用黎滾魚湯,魚湯味道十分鮮甜,燒活帆立貝 $208 (隻):上碟時已剪開細細件,肉質鮮嫰,燒日本文蛤蜆 $98(隻):非常大隻,肉質爽口,入口清酒味濃,令文蛤蜆鮮味宜更突出,燒帆立貝 $138(隻):我地叫左兩款,分別同清酒同黑松露牛油口味,上碟時已切開4小件,味道新鮮,黑松露牛油好香,燒蟶子 $88:非常大隻,肉質彈牙,鹽麴五花腩 $68:五花腩算幾厚身,肉質淋,日本蕃薯仔 $60:細細粒味道十分甜,總結呢個價錢有原條池魚刺身同咁多海鮮食,真係唔算貴,食材高質素,下次可以再次多d唔同刺身。
