尖沙咀法國Fusion 菜日本廚師煮理的法國菜,食材優質,味道穩定,一直很喜歡這裏。點了Selected lunch menu ,包括兩道starter, 一道主菜,一道甜品,petit fours 跟飲品。頭盤是Avocado, Angel shrimp , yuzu 柚子啫喱配合牛油果蓉和凍蝦,味道非常清新。第二頭盤是Chestnut, scallops, celery 扇貝鮮甜肉厚,煎得剛剛好。栗子醬味道甜甜的,很creamy ,很有冬天的感覺。主菜是Yellow chicken, shiitake, hazelnut 法國黃雞肉質很鮮嫩,烹調得非常好,把鮮度保留得很好。甜品用的是日本食材,文旦、菊花跟kabu 四國的文旦有清爽酸味和濃濃的甜味。Kabu 很少在甜品裏吃到,感覺很特別。整體滿意的一餐。
