真心。是貴的。還有。dinner只有set食 。$1388第一道。Amuse Bouche:可以簡單解作: 精緻小點。的確是 精緻 + 小 。但好好食。竹炭粉槳炸帶子:炸槳。熱、脆、少少香,support到里面隻帶子,半熟,鮮.玉米凍湯 加小小海膽,海膽太小,食唔出味,玉米湯係甜,不過得四、五 🥄 蟹肉、紅菜頭: 幾片红菜頭,小小蟹肉。精緻但味道試唔出oyster soup~ 隻蠔半熟,食得出新鮮味,呢道呢個分量是ok 的,因為不是太十分好食main course : 一件羊,是好食的跟住3個甜點:其實因為真係樣樣都好甜,除咗甜,其他味道真係唔係好食得出,不過碟碟都好靚確是事實!整體CP值係唔高,如果唔係食咗三個歺包我就一定唔飽,不過D飽係即叫即焗,好熱好香係好好食!$13XX ,我會揀去食Felix 好過呢度!如果請人食,其實仲有好多choice,好似Rosewood 間 Henry! 非常棒的一個夜晚。第一次吃到如此精緻的法餐。從口味和食材搭配上,作為從東京起家的餐廳,在傳統法餐的基礎上應該是加入了不少日料的元素,應該,在我吃來,口味上似乎更加適應,少了之前很多次西餐體驗的一些油膩感(作為中國人,對於類似濃重芝士之類的搭配始終不是太適應)。分量上也是剛剛好,不多不少,讓人愉悅。侍酒師推薦的紅酒和白酒都非常棒。我是不太喜歡和不經常喝紅酒的,但當晚的紅酒讓我滿意,醒的時間剛好,使得入口非常舒適,不會有時候未到的酸澀感影響心情。 continue reading

疫情稍有援和又再一街都係人!!!!週末做完嘢諗住搵個地方坐低抖抖, 要求真心唔高...只不過行左幾個商場同酒店欈話坐低飲啖茶食個包都無位...真心灰咗行到忟嘅時候見到呢間, 侍應話只供應下午茶。只為佢指成座塔果啲,怕食唔晒喎....原來係指cake + coffee , good 啦正係我要!就入去坐下抖抖....侍應好好嘅,我想坐窗口,佢都盡量幫我安排, check 到可以就叫我過去坐。服務算係咁。但價錢有啲令人驚訝! 其實唔多去呢個商場,唔。知係咪全都咁貴...一個cake + regular coffee成為$188+10%... 同隔離rosewood 差唔多... 行到熱,佢有係貴少少係有埋一杯香賓。又試下...cake得兩款,應該係鎮店嘢掛,叫左個黑森林,香賓同咖啡($288+10%) 食物係唔錯, 賣相唔差。味道我覺得都好食 ,但又未至於有咩驚喜。都係隱陣嘅黑森林蛋糕, 有粒浸過酒嘅車厘子叫做都幾正宗。但面頭淋上去嘅朱古力就普通,唔係特別話好靚嘅朱古力做成。如果呢個價錢,真心有啲貴。 但抬頭一望,又明嘅....對住個維港景係要有返咁上下價錢! 景都唔錯,係一個比你抖下氣嘅好地方。好啦...不過有一點要彈就係杯香賓... 話晒都拍得住酒店價錢,隻杯係咪要乾淨少少??好大範圍好名顯嘅水漬!!!!! 洗碗機洗啫,都抺好少少吧.... 睇見有啲唔開胃...香賓亦普通,泡唔係好細好滑,當係送嘅會開心啲。可惜rosewood無位否則真係情願比多少少去酒店...唔係話佢唔好,而係未夠好。呢個價錢同咁好嘅環境, 有啲細微位可以再好少少,咁先會有回頭客。而家試過就算...有啲浪費咗個裝修同環境... continue reading

呢間fine dining 由日本廚師親自黎港主理係日本名氣好大 係最快拎到米芝連一星既餐廳dinner set 會定期隨季節轉換今次黎巳經同上次上網睇既唔一樣Dinner set $1388 per person 今次主題係AMUSE BOUCHE 一共有8個course Pre-Appetizer 魚子脆餅 同粟米湯味既creamy tartAppetizer栗子芹菜月桂葉既creamy soup主要栗子味比較重 入口好滑身Starter石鯛魚sashimi 入面仲有沖繩既海葡萄、甜蕃茄仔配上cucumber 既sauce,好refreshSecond starter 外面菠菜包住蠔身賣相幾精緻 但食落味道平平無其Third course燒金目鯛魚 入面有avocado purée魚質嫩身 醬汁用左lemongrass 所以食落有少少泰國既風味Main course 宮崎和牛 tenderloin 配青口 (+$298轉)和牛口質夠林身 但就無乜牛肉味Dessert Walnut caramel ice-cream .整體來講中規中矩 無乜特別驚豔既菜式而且$1388呢個價 其實亦無乜高級食材CP值算係好抵 continue reading

好姐妹們為我慶祝生日,4人行完DFS, 瘋狂購物後,安排左一間 係日本曾被評米芝蓮一星餐廳,混合日本菜式的法國餐廳,食lunch fine dining, 位於K11 MUSEA,順便也逛下新商場。餐廳環境優美,落地玻璃窗望到維港景色,裝潢也十分瑰麗。幾個女孩係呢啲環境暢談10分舒適。我們由一點坐到四點,食咗一個三道餸嘅lunch set,第一道餸係竹碳色炸漿天婦羅帶子,外層脆口,內里是煎香既鮮嫩帶子👍🏻,第二道菜係石鯛刺身配上特製醬汁,非常開胃,main course 係lobster with lemongrass & avocado, lobster 肉質鮮甜彈牙,最後配上甜品Orange ,Wasanbon 畫上完美句號。 continue reading
