非常棒的一個夜晚。第一次吃到如此精緻的法餐。從口味和食材搭配上,作為從東京起家的餐廳,在傳統法餐的基礎上應該是加入了不少日料的元素,應該,在我吃來,口味上似乎更加適應,少了之前很多次西餐體驗的一些油膩感(作為中國人,對於類似濃重芝士之類的搭配始終不是太適應)。分量上也是剛剛好,不多不少,讓人愉悅。侍酒師推薦的紅酒和白酒都非常棒。我是不太喜歡和不經常喝紅酒的,但當晚的紅酒讓我滿意,醒的時間剛好,使得入口非常舒適,不會有時候未到的酸澀感影響心情。

香賓亦普通,泡唔係好細好滑,當係送嘅會開心啲。

可惜rosewood無位否則真係情願比多少少去酒店...唔係話佢唔好,而係未夠好。呢個價錢同咁好嘅環境, 有啲細微位可以再好少少,咁先會有回頭客。而家試過就算...有啲浪費咗個裝修同環境...

好姐妹們為我慶祝生日,4人行完DFS, 瘋狂購物後,安排左一間 係日本曾被評米芝蓮一星餐廳,混合日本菜式的法國餐廳,食lunch fine dining, 位於K11 MUSEA,順便也逛下新商場。餐廳環境優美,落地玻璃窗望到維港景色,裝潢也十分瑰麗。幾個女孩係呢啲環境暢談10分舒適。我們由一點坐到四點,食咗一個三道餸嘅lunch set,第一道餸係竹碳色炸漿天婦羅帶子,外層脆口,內里是煎香既鮮嫩帶子👍🏻,第二道菜係石鯛刺身配上特製醬汁,非常開胃,main course 係lobster with lemongrass & avocado, lobster 肉質鮮甜彈牙,最後配上甜品Orange ,Wasanbon 畫上完美句號。

吃完第一道菜,一點驚喜也沒有,我太太應該有第二度starter, 我們等了大概半個鐘也沒有來

在這半個鐘裏面,我們發現另外一個缺點,就係超級嘈,在這裏好像去了Starbucks一樣,餐廳大約七成滿,旁邊的人高談闊論,完全沒有格調,這樣的餐廳,收這樣的價錢,可以叫做同delifrance差唔多的法國菜。不知道是否跟在商場內的餐廳關係,始終是商場,難登大雅之堂

麵包終於出場啦,他自家製的牛油,有淡淡的鹽味,是不錯的(唯一推介)

一般法國菜,食麵包後侍應都會把你的桌面清理,然後再上下一道菜,在這裏完全沒有,桌上還剩下麵包碎

麵包食完(一人一個)沒有麵包款式可供選擇

第二道菜starter 還沒有到

追問之下,侍應生給我們說,快來了

結果10分鐘後第二道starter來了, 係starter, 係starter (真係要講三次)是一道菠菜生蠔,味道也是一般

再過20分鐘,主菜來了

主菜我點了額外加錢的龍蝦,我太太點了乳鴿,龍蝦沒有特別,乳鴿是可以,但有筋。另外他們配的餐酒,完全沒有帶出食物的味道,令食物到達第二個層次,簡直係失敗中嘅失敗,餐酒是需要額外$400一位

最後是甜品,還可以吧

最後埋單$2400 ,簡直係0服務,食物加酒可以在$800之內完成

我相信這間餐廳,我永遠也不會再去了

$2400, 在中環金鐘有很多選擇,不論法國菜,日本菜,我相信都比這一間好2-3倍

Came here for lunch for two. Ordered two of their lunch menu and overall the food and quality are great. However, Found the portion a bit small and the price a bit expensive ($1300 for two). Food is a weatern with a slight asian DNA. The resturant also offer a great view of the victoria habour, so if you like the view it might be a good choice for you.

Really like their environment and service. But I must say I was very disappointed when they change their menu on the spot, instead of lobster they switched it to kinmedai fish. So we had Wagyu and Pork instead. (Figures the price just not worth it afterall)Their Wagyu is a must try dish.

香港食貴嘢真係好唔值。放假抗疫抗到癡呆,諗住搵啲好東西刺激吓味蕾。呢間曾經以開業後最快速度摘得東京米芝蓮一星的法國餐廳,就趁著放假去品嘗一下。粟米湯,用青森粟米,唔夠甜,配魚子醬和北海道海膽,各有各自己的味道,一啲都唔融和。岩手蠔冇蠔鮮,湯底亦只係死咸味,好彩有啲椰菜絲帶番清新啲嘅味道。宮崎和牛都算入口即溶,但配搭黑松露太搶,浪費晒,個汁亦發揮唔到提味作用。唯獨紅菜頭蟹肉卷叫做好啲,伴碟用了hazelnut snow係第一次食到呢種味道,沙律菜沾滿了紅菜頭嘅菜甜,叫做特別啲,不過蟹肉都係冇鮮味。甜品係湯葉包住pina cotta和鮮桃肉,有啲薑汁,仲有白朱古力餅碎,配搭peach sorbet,啲鮮桃肉應該有層糖水coating,照計依家都仲算係日本桃嘅時令,啲桃食落去一啲refreshing嘅鮮水果感覺都冇,肉質並不是爽脆那種,而是粉糯的口感。東京嘆米芝蓮,同一價錢,同等級同類料理,可以食兩餐(午餐)。

整體來說, 環境,食物和服務態度是滿意的, 但是上麵包和咖啡的timing和慣常的經驗有出入, 有改善空間。
題外話: 這間日法fusion餐廳似乎偏西餐多一點, 在日本吃的日法菜, 所有courses完了, 上甜品前, 會像吃日本菜般上飯(主食), 缺了這個飯, 好像欠了點日本風味。
