平時去日本都好鍾意食燒鳥,有好多特別嘅部位可以食🐔原來尖沙咀都有間日式串燒店可以食到咁正宗嘅日式串燒,小店座位唔多,有一排吧枱可以望住師傅燒嘢食😌入邊嘅食材大多數都係日本產,即叫即燒🔥店員首先會送上一碟好似顏色盤咁嘅調味料🎨入面分別有七味粉、山椒、抹茶鹽、咖哩鹽同一味粉,等啲串燒可以有多啲唔同嘅味道變化😋燒鱈魚乾 $48鱈魚乾燒到帶少少焦香,脆到好似薯片咁雞頸肉 $38肉質好彈牙,比起普通雞肉有咬口好多提燈 $48第一次喺香港見到有提燈食!係由雞嘅輸卵管、卵巢同埋未孵化嘅蛋組成嘅部位,由於蛋黃仲係未凝固嘅狀態,所以要一啖食落去,咬落去香濃嘅蛋汁係嘴入面爆開,幾得意雞肉軟骨棒 $48加入咗大量嘅雞軟骨,入口口感十足,點埋蛋汁一齊食仲多咗一陣蛋香雞尾 $38既係雞pat pat嘅部位,連埋少少雞皮所以油脂感會重啲,但係唔怕有羶味雞肝 $38質感軟嫩,唔怕有內臟嘅異味水牛芝士煙肉卷 $48煙肉入面包住半溶嘅水牛芝士,係一款好邪惡嘅串燒福岡秋葵 $38面頭有大量嘅木魚絲,秋葵細細條,口感爽脆福岡安納芋 $58味道香甜,質感軟糯醬油燒飯團 $38飯團本身已經加入咗飯素,外層燒到脆卜卜,仲有啲醬油
