這間位於尖沙咀的Sakeh,主打串燒及Sake,食物全部即叫即燒,新鮮熱辣。純米大吟釀《匠》六小杯兩個人飲少少剛好,味道較甜的米香,比較清純。蟹肉豆腐豆腐表面舖上蟹肉及蟹子,令清淡的豆腐加上點鮮味。炸雞皮雞皮香脆,似食薯片般,而且很乾身,不油膩。厚切牛脷超過1cm厚度,牛脷用了舌心位置,入口彈牙。汁燒牛肋牛肋肉帶點甜香,肉質嫩腍。鹽燒安格斯牛柳牛柳略有些咬口,肉味濃郁。白鱔燒至表面帶焦香,肉質雪白嫩滑,帶點彈性,十分新鮮。茶漬飯有淡淡茶香,味道較清。花蓋紅豆丸子及綠茶蕨餅紅豆很甜,丸子煙韌,反而蕨餅清香彈牙。
