這天去了朋友介紹話好抵食的日本壽司店,日本壽司師傅發板,最多人點的當然是有600多元的海膽杯lunch set. 食材不過不失,沒有大拖羅等貴價食材,只有醬油漬吞拿魚。壽司有赤睦、帶子、油甘魚、甜蝦、kinki和池魚壽司,不過不失,沒有特別深的印象。海膽杯算是不錯,就類似Sushi man 的海膽杯差不多,不過不失,當天假日全場爆滿,師傅也應接不暇,而且師傅是日本人,不會說廣東話,也少了吃Omakase時聽師傅講解食材的來源和故事。總體仍可以有進步空間。
