尖沙咀嘅亞士厘道就出名多嘢食,今日揀咗呢間omakase,師傅有30年經驗所以質素都有返咁上下一星期前已經揾定呢間日本料理,因為好想食廚師發板,所以就上網望吓有啲咩選擇最終book咗今日過嚟食我6:30未夠已經到咗入到去,沒有客人,但到七點已經坐滿晒,所以記得book枱先好過嚟,呢間店舖果然冇令我失望地方非常寬敞,燈光又夠光猛,廚師係日本人一踏入門口就不停講日文雖然我唔識聽但係感覺到佢非常友善每個座位都有紙巾同搓手液,可以消毒我們的雙手,非常細心,開放式設計面前就係今日負責我哋菜單嘅料理師,好有禮貌打咗招呼就開始上菜一坐低就有個前菜,上面有胡麻嘅醬汁非常惹味,望落去平平無奇,入面有八爪魚仔,非常好食第一道就係茶碗蒸,入面有瑤柱同菇類非常滑嘅蛋做到非常滑嫩鮮甜吞拿魚拖羅界咗筋肉之後真係入口即溶,好林好香好正一食就知選用最高級嘅食材,食材用料上乘有好幾款比較罕見嘅魚類刺身全部都好好食師傅好着重刺身嘅鮮味唔會太加太多醬料原汁原味,深海池魚,用火槍燒完之後啲魚油出晒嚟香味十足安康魚肝, 含有豐富嘅膠原蛋白魚肝味道一啲都唔腥,配合一個酸酸地嘅醬汁,入口即刻溶化鮮味十足,味道有點像鵝肝但味道比鵝肝更淡,更細膩口感軟和有彈性左口魚包住帶子,上面仲鋪滿三文魚子同埋金箔,望落去非常名貴,左口魚嘅魚油滲落去帶子到,令到帶子嘅鮮味更加出帶子相當肥美口感十足蝦刺身非常大,又夠厚身肉質爽嫩又有彈性蝦嘅味道仲非常鮮甜配合埋有醬汁嘅飯在底更能提升蝦嘅鮮味三文魚子海膽杯份量非常充足好豐富就快滿瀉三文魚子同海膽超級鮮甜完全都唔腥食極都有大滿足最美有碗熱辣辣嘅魚湯,入邊仲有蔥花魚湯味非常濃郁好鮮味用咗大量嘅魚熬製而成每一啖入口都充滿着膠質 continue reading

我都中伏咗,第一次有衝動去寫食評🤔Book 咗唔想改,諗住一試,價錢唔平🤑,唔好比個折扣吸引到去試.一如其他人一樣講唔新鮮,唔值!不論佢是否扮日本人,又或者佢好鍾意講日文!介紹啲食物嘅時候,真係唔知佢講嘜,我相信佢應該識聽廣東話,然後佢又講返歪歪地音嘅廣東話!我主要都係想食靚嘢,食過幾間都識分別邊啲係靚魚,邊啲普通魚!最唔衛生,就係塊黃色布,不停用同一盆水喺度洗,唔好比我見住呀嘛!😩🥶🤮廚師發板有好多選擇,差不多價錢可以去其他,有保證啲囉!收完錢再WhatsApp我話收錯咗,自己改番,我都唔知佢想點😥 continue reading

嗌咗最貴個lunch set九百幾多咗刺身食但望落唔太新鮮 池魚仲要有骨可以慳返壽司味道個人覺得麻麻地有啲魚會腥另外左口魚配帶子呢個配搭個人覺得有啲怪 味道又唔係好夾寧願單食好過不過茶碗蒸好清 幾好食同埋個魚湯十級濃 師傅話煲咗1.5鐘 但我覺得太濃 有啲漏最後個豆腐雪糕好食 好香豆腐味 可以解膩不過師傅係日本人 都幾似去咗日本咁 要用英文/日文講嘢 都有日本感覺嘅總括而言 lunch呢個價位呢個質素我覺得不太值 如果想食食最平個set就可以 continue reading

呢度嘅lunch都幾抵食,今日試吓櫻呢個餐🥢海鮮豆干落左胡麻醬同酸汁,幾惹味同開胃好多八爪魚仔,爽口😆🥢茶碗蒸幾鍾意佢上菜時候都保持到熱度蛋蒸到好滑☺️呢度嘅壽司飯係用北海道米做☺️醋嘅比例都好好👍🏻🍣獅魚魚生切到好厚身,好滿足☺️🍣金目鯛個皮輕輕火炙左更帶出魚油香味面頭加左一小舊魚肝,魚味更濃郁🍣依左木 呢款魚比較有咬口,魚味有但唔算突出🍣池魚魚味較淡,魚油亦都唔重比較清新嘅一款壽司🍣石鯛面頭加左日本菇,好香清酒味石鯛魚肉結實,同清酒香味都好夾🍣左口魚師傅站左口魚係配柚子汁,唔落豉油食落好清新同清爽左口魚無經火炙魚肉較散🍣深海池魚 鮑魚醬都係一樣好厚切😆魚身偏爽口比起深魚有魚味☺️🍣赤貝赤具上碟仲識郁😱相當新鮮🤭 配少少青檸汁,更帶出赤貝的鮮甜☺️赤具都爽口,愈咬愈有甜味👍🏻🍣日本蠔大小適中,好鮮甜!輕輕火炙過,食落有唔同口感同層次面頭輕輕加左啲醬油,帶出鮮味之餘唔會太搶🍣北海道帶子 加左左口魚邊係面,經過火炙啲魚油滲哂落帶子度🤤🤤另外加左少少味噌,帶子會更帶出甜味🍣海膽嘩一睇就知師傅一啲都唔吝嗇😳海膽都算creamy,偏甘甜🍲魚湯魚湯用咗至少兩個鐘頭去熬製🤗聽師傅講係用咗鯛魚嘅頭去熬,難怪咁鮮甜 continue reading
