而家冇得去日本,連街都冇得出,唯有睇住舊相望梅止渴。。順便為大家介紹下好食既omakase 我最欣賞佢幾樣壽司,特別介紹佢先鯖魚配薑。鯖魚一d都唔腥,配上薑,整件事好新鮮同refreshing中拖羅配馬糞海膽,兩樣都係我至愛!真係好中意食佢!好想再食!唔洗講,好食!左口魚配柚子漬物,柚子的酸味,同左口魚鮮味配合,新享受!帶子配左口魚裙邊,師父會加日本味真係上面,好香魚味,帶子又新鮮,十分完美茶碗蒸都好正架!充滿蛋味,入面仲有海鮮架!最後就飲埋魚湯,師傅話煲左好耐架啦!所以好濃!食北海道豆腐雪糕做甜品,一流! continue reading

成日見朋友share食omakase,  終於忍唔住, 自己要試一次。第一次就決定畀呢一間鮨見, 可能因為疫情,所以werekend 7點嚟到都係好少人。 餐廳座位唔多, 見到既得一個樓面姐姐同埋一個師傅, 師父係一個日本人非常有禮貌又好笑。 感覺好似家庭或經驗既小餐廳。 餐廳menu非常簡單, 得兩個set, 由於來之前已經畀佢個海膽杯吸引住, 所以同朋友兩個都決定嗌“見”。第一次食, 雖然好期待, 不過成二千蚊一個人都係好心痛。 唔理咁多啦食咗先算。 師傅好細心問我哋有啲乜嘢唔食, 佢每做完一件壽司都會好仔細咁介紹係乜嘢魚 , 乜野做法。 再一次感受到日本人嗰種明明語言上溝通唔到, 不過都好努力表達嘅感動。 知道我哋第一次食廚師發板, 會同我哋講食完嘅時候應該將個碟放係邊, 互動嘅感覺非常好。 由於係廚師發板, 所以相信都唔使我介紹邊款好食, 不過見到師父對每一件壽司, 由食材到擺碟都好執著。 果然係另一個層次嘅日本餐。 未食之前諗住我咁大食, 呢啲精緻菜色一定唔夠飽。 最後竟然要捧住個肚走, 食得非常開心, 以後一定會再來。🥰🥰🥰🥰 continue reading

 I think the omakase lunch set is super value. Sashimi is fresh and sushi is quite good.The chef is Japanese and lived in Hong Kong for years. Overall, we have tried out this restaurant many times. Great value for money.Highly recommend! continue reading

今天收到消息限聚令將會又再收緊至7月份一樣,即是晚上6點後不得再設堂食,對於我等貪吃一族真是天大噩耗,趁最後機會,一於要老公請我食番餐好的,當然揀選我至愛的日本菜,這餐廳經朋友介紹但一直不捨得去,甫進去後完全感受到日本風味。主廚師傅是日本人,套餐只有二個選擇,既然有排都沒得吃,當然選個好的。冷盤是胡麻醬八爪魚仔和鵝肝跟配黑松露,不用多介紹也知非常惹味。跟着來一個熱食燉蛋,不知是他功夫了得還是日本來的雞蛋,這個燉蛋食來很滑嫩鮮甜。開始戲肉來了,就是7道魚生,第一碟是深海池魚加櫻花鲷併吞拿魚,用火槍燒完那些魚油會出來的,非常特別。第二碟是廣島蠔及雪魚卵,師傅說要連汁吃的,非常補身。第三碟是左口魚包着帶子,上面鋪上三文魚子及金鉑,何等名貴!第四碟是北海道馬糞海膽加黑拖羅,這個海膽完全沒腥味,拖羅肉質鮮嫩。第五碟是日本飽魚,那個葉汁配以日本飯團,從未嚐過的好味道!由於食評只限上12張相,其他相未能在此分享給大家睇。第六碟是鰤魚壽司,第七碟是北海道毛大蝦壽司,結尾再來一個集所有精髓的滾熱魚骨湯,終於在嚴格的限聚令前來一個完美的大滿足。 continue reading
