 I think the omakase lunch set is super value. Sashimi is fresh and sushi is quite good.The chef is Japanese and lived in Hong Kong for years. Overall, we have tried out this restaurant many times. Great value for money.Highly recommend!

今天收到消息限聚令將會又再收緊至7月份一樣,即是晚上6點後不得再設堂食,對於我等貪吃一族真是天大噩耗,趁最後機會,一於要老公請我食番餐好的,當然揀選我至愛的日本菜,這餐廳經朋友介紹但一直不捨得去,甫進去後完全感受到日本風味。主廚師傅是日本人,套餐只有二個選擇,既然有排都沒得吃,當然選個好的。冷盤是胡麻醬八爪魚仔和鵝肝跟配黑松露,不用多介紹也知非常惹味。跟着來一個熱食燉蛋,不知是他功夫了得還是日本來的雞蛋,這個燉蛋食來很滑嫩鮮甜。開始戲肉來了,就是7道魚生,第一碟是深海池魚加櫻花鲷併吞拿魚,用火槍燒完那些魚油會出來的,非常特別。第二碟是廣島蠔及雪魚卵,師傅說要連汁吃的,非常補身。第三碟是左口魚包着帶子,上面鋪上三文魚子及金鉑,何等名貴!第四碟是北海道馬糞海膽加黑拖羅,這個海膽完全沒腥味,拖羅肉質鮮嫩。第五碟是日本飽魚,那個葉汁配以日本飯團,從未嚐過的好味道!由於食評只限上12張相,其他相未能在此分享給大家睇。第六碟是鰤魚壽司,第七碟是北海道毛大蝦壽司,結尾再來一個集所有精髓的滾熱魚骨湯,終於在嚴格的限聚令前來一個完美的大滿足。

Bad experience...was quite disappointed with the food quality and the service (In 1.5hrs only 5 plates out of maybe 14 had been served as we were in a Tatami room). Overall we think this is not value for money and we definitely won’t go back for a second time!

呢度由日本人主理,一行入黎聽到日本師傅打招呼,再加埋呢度嘅裝修,感覺好似真係去左日本咁。聽師傅講佢巳經有30年經驗,所以質素都有返咁上下。刺身好新鮮,魚類款式都算多,有金目鯛 、鰤魚、火炙深海池魚、石鯛 、柚子漬左口魚、鰹魚、藍鯕吞拿魚、火炙 左口魚裙邊帶子。至於壽司飯,師傅就用左北海道飯,配埋醬油,口感一流。我自己就最鍾意加左麵豉醬嘅火炙左口魚裙邊帶子,火灸左嘅左口魚好香,左口魚嘅油滲左落帶子到,豐富左帶子嘅味道,而且帶子相當肥美,口感十足。另外要讚嘅係個海膽杯,師傳好唔孤寒地比唒成板海膽我地3個😋價錢方面,呢度得兩款set- 春 (壽司)同 見 (刺身),價錢大約爭$200。春都要$739/head,我自己覺得以lunch omakase黎講,價錢有啲偏貴,性價比唔算高。

真的是值得推薦的おまかせ小店👍🏻!

話說心血來潮想食壽司,平時食開果幾間都book唔到位,突然記得呢間鮨見好耐之前第一次食覺得幾好,第二次已經有d 跌watt,主要覺得服務態度麻麻,今次第三次諗住比多次機會佢,又竟然即日都book到位,點知原來係伏呀!真係要大聲講句「無下次呀!」首先一坐低就發現得2個set揀,最平都$700幾,話9折根本係抬高個價黎折!其實都無所謂嘅,不過你唔好渣流灘囉!成餐飯我一張相都無影過,因為由頭盤開始已經想黑面,頭盤你比d好似平時街買返黎嘅墨魚仔,求期加d麻醬上去,我個心已經離一離!食到第二件話深海池魚,x!有骨嘅!喂你話晒日本師傅,可唔可以專業少少?之後嘅食材真係一件貴少少都無,d海膽仲要臭嘅,食落真係唔似日本貨!海膽杯上面隻蝦細到...仲要蝦腸都未清...最後個魚湯仲要酸嘅!我真係想問你收人700幾蚊良心過唔過意得去?最後我睇你幾時執笠,唔好當所有人傻嘅先得㗎!

唔知係咪因為經OpenRice book枱有九折,變相唔收加一,所以樓面服務方面真係充滿笑點。

首先想講番Omakase師傅其實好有熱誠,食物方面有時可能落多左醬汁,尤其是海膽杯同appetiser:前者有啲過濕過咸,食到最後朋友過體驗到Econ嘅Diminishing Marginal Return - 唔想再擺落口。

例如有時師父太忙,就由啲唔知係咪啱啱返工嘅姐姐上碟—「喂有野食啦!」然後就會以派碟頭飯嘅方式擺晒喺啲唔啱位嘅大碟上面,然後師父就沖過黎過佢擺到啲orientation 180度錯晒😂😂😂。朋友問姐姐「可唔可以講解下我地食緊咩材料」,姐姐會答「er er er 鮑魚同埋都係個d啦~」然後拉番埋道門就走😂😂😂

朋友話冷氣太凍,姐姐話無得較;問佢有無外套或者披肩,話有但係又成半個鍾都未攞到嚟;最後攞到嚟就係呀姐擺喺袋嘅私伙T shirt,再送多句「未見過男仔咁怕凍架」😂😂😂 呀姐忙得濟執唔切啲碗碟,個啤酒罐跌左喺個位到成又幾個字之後先攞番。😂😂😂

最後賣單大概八千蚊,問呀姐可唔可以split, 呀姐話「唔好玩我啦,仲要我碌多幾次卡!」😂😂😂

Btw 餐廳嘅裝潢我以為自己入左TVB拍「魚躍在花見」,拍完個佈景可以拆得個隻。

After all, 如果間餐廳唔好搞到自己咁忙,啲服務唔好咁raw,plating有番啲心思,我會覺得師父嘅手勢會更令人享受。

好少寫食評,但忍唔住要數距,食過既第五間omakase,叫左個九百幾既lunch,無林到啲料可以咁差,壽司係赤身,甜蝦,左口魚,連千両質量都不如,前菜係超市魷魚仔,連最好睇頭既海膽杯都因為落太多醋冚曬啲海膽味,9個字食哂,趕時間到不得了,真心伏!嬲到一張相都無影

老闆係日本人,好風趣..每件壽司都大大舊一D都唔孤寒😆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻睇得出佢好用心製作每款菜式。所以我哋疫情一緩和小小就又去過!今次已經係第三次去la..香港咁多Omakase,呢間係其中一間我會去完又去。疫情期間都去咗兩次💖好正!
