To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印尼菜主打口味重,調味濃,很吸引我這些愛重口味的人來訪好吃的小店必須推薦,聽聞花膠雞粉皮出色,但我就特意來試其他東西,班蘭飯是也。食物:印尼四大天王飯$78 +轉班蘭飯$15貪多款的我點了這個款式豐富的飯拼盤,四大天王分別是巴東牛肉(微辣之餘牛肉絲乾身不帶筋),去骨海南雞(皮肉爽彈而且不覺油),加多加多(就是稀花生醬跟椰菜啦),跟罐頭魚(這個配菜真的有點奇怪)班蘭飯的班蘭香散發清甜香味,配肉食一流薑檸蜜$28甜而不滯,檸檬也多,喝下去滿舒適不過不是餐飲,所以牛肉沙嗲*3 $48這個牛串燒最好的是那甜中帶辣的鮮辣椒豉油,入面的辣椒籽很多,吃下去非常惹味,但辣度會被那濃厚的甜醬油中和了,平衡得很好牛肉有一點點韌,是美中不足之處小小的店在這飲食寒冬屹立不倒,除了高性價比外,店員姐姐的服務態度也是一流,非常樂意為食客提供幫助,像我那麼煩的客人問問問也沒有不耐煩
