To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間印尼餐廳喺街角,嘢食真心唔錯!點咗椰汁雞同沙爹串燒,雞肉嫩滑,椰香濃郁,沙爹醬汁好香辣,配花生碎正!仲有炒飯,粒粒分明,辣得過癮!價錢平民,$50-$70一碟,份量多到食唔晒。不過衛生真係差啲,枱面有啲油漬,筷子都要再抹。服務OK,店員好快手。環境熱鬧,適合同朋友嚟食辣嘢!如果佢搞好啲衛生,絕對係五星! continue reading

同朋友附近睇完場戲,帶咗佢黎呢間我食過一次已經好中意嘅斑蘭葉印尼餐廳。 餐廳門口擺放咗一d印尼糕點,所以唔細心d睇都唔知隔離就係餐廳入口。 入到去見坐位已經差唔多坐滿,睇餐牌時有d名稱確實係唔知用咗咩材料,所以問咗兩樣想食嘅最後揀咗黑果牛肉湯飯+珍多冰,朋友就揀咗印尼四大天皇飯+柚子蜜。 黑果牛肉嘅黑果都係第一次嘗試,老闆娘話佢係一粒黑色嘅果..hahaha 再問佢係點嘅味時佢話唔知點形容,當我飲第一啖湯時就明點解唔知點形容了,係獨有嘅味道,暫時未諗其他相似食物形容到佢,只係諗起屋企人煲到好濃嘅眉豆湯感覺。牛肉份量都好足,口感都幾軟,個湯重有好多其他香料嘅味道層次感好豐富,用黎撈飯真係不得了。配菜重有印尼嘅咸蛋,佢唔似我地港式咸蛋咁咸,咁就啱哂唔會搶左主角嘅味道。 老闆娘重教落側邊嘅青檸仔同芽菜仔可以放落個湯到一齊食,話唔係個個都中意呢種芽菜嘅草青味,但印尼當地人佢地就好中意咁食,我試完又幾中意係湯入面發揮咗一種小清新嘅感覺,重有咬落有小小索索聲嘅口感,所以全部落哂 側邊重有一小碗辣椒嘅醬汁,啱哂食辣嘅人,因為真係幾辣吓。 另外朋友叫嘅印尼四大天皇飯配菜有海南雞脾,見佢切咗件幾細心,巴東牛肉,沙爹雜菜,同埋又有一樣第一次接觸嘅食物,叫酸豆配埋魚干一齋食。 今餐學咗唔少嘢,價錢性價比非常高離開見舖頭出面賣緊嘅小食,有個斑蘭千層糕好吸引,一見到斑蘭嘅嘢就會忍唔住,重要係幾平,一盒有三件都係25蚊,外面薄薄一層焗到好似蛋糕底咁中間口感煙韌好香斑斕味。後悔剩係買咗一盒呀!! continue reading

又係見咁多好評,所以遠水路過海去食⋯⋯入面黑麻麻,見到啲枱唔係幾乾淨,仲有啲飯、餸渣,同埋痴笠笠⋯⋯我哋叫咗串燒花枝丸、班蘭雞飯、椒鹽豆卜,食物方面中規中矩⋯⋯飲品叫凍檸茶同班蘭沙冰⋯凍檸茶又係個啲香料茶味,不過只係唔啱我哋胃口,但個班蘭沙冰真係好難飲,完全對唔住$48呢個價錢,得啲甜味同冰,完全冇乜班蘭味⋯⋯重點係衛生真係好差,食食下有大大隻曱甴係腳邊行過,真係唔想再食落去🤮我諗唔會再有下次⋯⋯如果大家食飯好著重衛生,就真係要留意返! continue reading

好少會食印尼菜,係銅鑼灣行完街見到幾平,就入去試吓呢一間印尼菜。啦斯啦媽班蘭飯有炸豆腐,炸蛋,炸雞兩件,有塊用豆炸成的餅,仲有啲花生魚仔乾,個班蘭飯一聞係幾香班蘭味,入口軟硬適中,夾埋個好惹味嘅辣椒醬黎食,好好食;最估唔到個炸雞炸到外脆而入面係keep 到juicy。印尼炒米粉炒得好有鑊氣,調味都好適中,唔會過咸,同一啲都唔油,炒得好乾身,而且佢配料都好多。花枝丸沙嗲雞肉沙嗲兩款都嗌左兩串,佢個沙嗲醬好有驚喜,甜甜地又好香的椰奶味,個雞肉燒完都仲好嫩滑,好推介雞肉沙嗲,花枝丸沙嗲就正常,個沙嗲醬點咩食都會令食物昇華左。箭葉果混吉蜜甜甜酸酸飲完好潤喉薑檸蜜見到仲有薑絲係入面,薑味好重,飲完個人好舒服。班蘭施方蛋糕蛋糕好鬆軟,又有啲濕潤嘅口感,好香班蘭味。 continue reading
