趁假日同老公入左南丫島郊遊,四處走走,由碼頭行左無幾耐,就見到「鴻運泰國美食」,有啲位係放喺戶外,好似幾好feel咁,所以決定閒逛完之後就食呢間。我地今次叫左4個餸,1份小食+2份主菜+1份蔬菜,1. 串燒沙爹(雞、牛、豬)我地叫左mix,所以雞、牛、豬都各有2串,啲肉醃得好入味,味道少少鹹,帶出左啲肉味,另會配埋碟沙爹醬!啲沙爹醬除左加左花生去之外,細味之下,似乎還帶有少少椰汁味,所以比普通沙爹醬更香。2. 香草辣椒蝦炒飯因為老公鍾意食泰式辣椒炒飯,所以我地叫左呢樣。老公話唔夠辣,未夠惹味,但我反而覺得幾啱我,甜甜地而又鹹鹹地嘅醬油味均勻分佈,加上泰式辣椒吊一吊味,層次幾豐富又醒胃。炒飯啲色澤比較淡,但唔影響味道!蝦嘅味道就唔係好出,可能係雪藏蝦掛。3. 泰式炒雜菜我同老公每次食泰菜都必定會叫嘅菜式。西蘭花、椰菜花、菜心、木耳、娃娃菜同泰式魚露共冶一爐。魚露太多就會太鹹,但佢就味道就調得適中!4. 粉絲蝦煲俾佢menu張相吸引而叫左,比想像中大份,3-4個人食都夠。成個煲有6件開邊大蝦,再加上大量粉絲,份量十足,而粉絲整得幾乾身,所以仲保持到幾有咬口,亦都抵讚!粉絲應該用左椰漿調味,

俾佢menu張相吸引而叫左,比想像中大份,3-4個人食都夠。成個煲有6件開邊大蝦,再加上大量粉絲,份量十足,而粉絲整得幾乾身,所以仲保持到幾有咬口,亦都抵讚!
粉絲應該用左椰漿調味,少少甜,同我地想像中嘅味道有少少出入,我地仲以為會係類近沙爹味,鹹鹹地咁,始終覺得海鮮用鹹味,比較易引出鮮味。
而啲蝦就不過不失啦,都算大隻,蝦肉都幾實淨,開邊煮前已挑走蝦腸,幾細心!不過蝦味都係唔出,蝦同粉絲亦可能因為分開煮嘅關係,未係好入味。

最後,我想讚下啲服務,唔會催落單,見我地啲碟有蝦殼,唔使我地出聲,佢地已主動換碟俾我地!Waiter仲有問我地啲野好唔好食,味道點。睇得出佢地好有心了解食客的意見!
