To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在街上的招牌都算顯眼易見。位置亦都非常方便。樓梯有個不停閃的招牌。沿樓梯走上兩層就會找到餐廳。內裡充滿古色古香的氣息,五、六十年代的傢具和擺設;古老的大鐘、舊式相機。下午時段會比較少人可以逗留多一回才離開。而晚餐時段都需要預約定比較好。一份晚餐有前菜、湯、主菜、配菜、主食、飲品前菜 - 煙薰鴨胸 鳳梨 車厘茄味道正常,鳳梨和車厘茄都好甜湯 - 剝皮辣椒雞湯不俗,有點辣和足料主菜 - 烏龍茶香燻雞一上菜,已經傳來煙燻香氣,味道濃郁出眾。肉質嫰滑有有茶香。不用拆骨,食起來更方便。配菜 - 酸滑高麗菜一點也不酸,還帶點辣味。另外加了一道鳳梨蝦球,味道一般。蝦球和鳳梨的酸甜不搭配。酸甜味蓋過了蝦的鮮味。主食 - 滷肉飯肉粒有肥有瘦,不像台灣肥肉居多。濃郁油香加上入味滷蛋。不錯不錯。整體而言,食物的份量和上菜的速度也控制得好好,亦帶有台灣風味。雖然服務上有美中不足之處,但偶爾來打卡還是不錯之選。
