To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Goobne中環分店喺M88五樓全層，夠哂寬敞店內座位以梳化櫈為主，另外仲有啲卡位，坐得好舒服食物方面，嚟得Goobne當然要食下烤雞，不過其實仲有其他新菜式都值得試下飲品方面，有酒精嘅選擇都幾多，配埋烤雞食一流首先嚟嘅係韓式炒粉絲雞蛋卷，入面有好多餡，例如午餐肉、炒粉絲、青瓜、蘿蔔等等，雞蛋卷都整得好香滑！之後係鐵板芝士泡菜炒飯，非常推介熱辣辣嘅芝士同炒飯撈埋好夾，仲可以拉絲加埋煎蛋、午餐肉等配料，夠哂飽肚！最後係鐵板軟芝士甜辣脆雞，雖然餐牌寫話得一級辣，但其實都唔惹少不過撈埋軟芝士食就可以平衡返個辣味，又唔會太膩！可以一試
