Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 較早前在Youtube看了一篇有關容記老闆的人生高低起伏所感動,所以今天約了一班好友來太子容記試試,換來畢生溶記的經驗,今天我們一行9位老友順著小弟介紹來到容記一試小菜,因為今天book了房間,所以姐姐一再提醒我該房的低銷(由$3300皇恩浩蕩至$2800),自問心裡有數,飲酒的我們定必過額,所以放心點菜,但朋友點菜時面色一沉而引起我的注意,所謂的經理大佬一來便和我朋友說我們點太多小菜,利申是價廉物美的小菜,怕我們應該不了今晚的低銷,於是硬要介紹我們要點海鮮吃,試問小弟一心來容記是品嚐小菜,為何硬要試hi先,我笑著回應經理不用擔心抵銷問題,但經理豪不客氣的應對我們所點的菜,說這樣沒有,哪樣沒有,一再刁難我們,於是我亦不客氣回答我們的小小小菜要求,經理才不情願的離開,快樂不知時,短短3小時,小弟一行9友小菜埋單$3700,我不吝嗇的邀請經理入來深入探討為何硬要老點hi先的由來,經理最後無言離開,其實太子容記的其他員工服務態度是值得推介給大家的,但我絕對不希望經理的硬銷手法而導致大家不愉快,容記變溶記,祝福大家
