To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事很喜歡在這酒樓接待外國客人, 其中是因為酒樓環境不錯, 近窗的位置可以看到對岸的夜景, 另外這間酒樓的口味比較容易受西人接受.先來了一個鍋貼, 味道不錯用油適中討好; 宮爆蝦球酸甜味道調教適當, 蝦肉爽口彈牙; 北京鴨似乎已成了公司接待客人的指定菜式, 肉質和味道表現不過不失, 餅皮有點過軟, 很容易弄破; 二度選擇了生菜包, 餡料味道中庸討好; 再來四季豆炒肉碎, 四季豆味道新鮮, 而且小油討好; 最後甜品點了拔絲香蕉, 似乎廚房和餐桌有一點距離, 上桌時已半凝結狀態沒有拔絲的效果, 幸好侍應手法純熟, 拔絲香蕉仍然可安全的放進了冰水. 客人滿意的一餐, 侍應雖然禮貌但似乎人手尚有點不足.(ps.
