今日朋友生日,專登book左呢間望落充滿古典風嘅西班牙餐廳。喺地鐵站行上去段路都有啲辛苦,要行斜路同樓梯。入去之後我哋揀左窗邊位,不時會有少少陽光透入黎,抬頭仲見到藍天,感覺好chill。我哋去嘅時段係食brunch set,係星期六日同公眾假期先有嘅。佢包左6個starter,一個main course,兩杯coffee or tea ,同埋兩個甜品。佢嘅侍應好熱情咁向我哋講解左一次menu,介紹左signature嘅食物同野飲俾我哋,咁我哋都有聽佢推薦另外叫左兩杯cocktail,都好好飲,唔係好大酒精味,啱哂我呢啲酒精垃圾。首先佢上左啲小菜,有橄欖、麵包同薯仔沙律。之後到前菜,第一道係巴馬火腿配蕃茄包,蕃茄嘅清新同巴馬火腿嘅咸味拎到個平衡,味道好匹配。第二道係蔬菜凍湯,用嚟點包一流,啲湯吸哂入去,但個包外層仲係脆嘅,雙重口感同温度,令到兩樣野都變得不簡單。第三道係燒青辣椒配西班牙傳統romesco醬,啲辣椒燒到好冧,少少辣味加個醬啲咸味,開始變得重口味,不過我中意!第四道係油浸蒜頭蝦,一上菜已經好香,食落大大陣蒜頭味但又唔苦喎,剩低嘅油又俾我拎左黎點包食,哈哈。第五道係燒八爪魚配

終於到主菜啦,我哋叫左個paella of the day,咁佢係用牛肉同蔬菜做配料,啲飯粒粒分明,再有少少燶底做左飯焦,食落有啲脆脆嘅口感,好正,但個味道就略嫌淡咗少少。

咁甜品我哋就叫左churros同焦糖燉蛋。我係經OpenRice book位嘅,雖然我有註明係生日,但我冇諗過會有生日驚喜,亦都唔知道會有呢一個event 。喺上甜品嘅時候,一班侍應突然唱住生日歌再捧住個寫住Happy birthday嘅甜品行過黎,我同我朋友當下都係呆左,但之後都好快反應過黎同佢哋一齊唱。個焦糖燉蛋佢哋仲會喺上面淋上酒精,用打火機點起一層火做表演,不過呢一切都黎得太突然,我哋完全用唔切手機去記錄,呢一點最可惜,不過真係做到好驚喜嘅效果~
