To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹話好食,因為佢喺新蒲崗同尖沙咀分店都食過,咁就一於試吓啦。本身都滿心歡喜但食完之後真係全程黑9晒面🤬🤮🖕🏻。。伏中之伏未去嘅人真係唔好去幫襯。。。完全唔知佢啲正評係點樣嚟!!唔好講咁多講咗三個重點再逐一解釋。。1. 店員勁度hardsell,煩到嘔👉🏻👉🏻我哋預先有book枱,去到坐低,個職員就行過嚟話使唔使幫手介紹吓,咁好啦聽佢介紹橫掂之前我都未食過,點知佢一嚟就力sell 最貴既$688套餐,本身淨係諗住揀$399,個職員又話貴啲嗰個好d呀,海鮮新鮮d靚d款式又多d,又話啲龍蝦邊度嚟,又話$399套餐啲海鮮冇咁靚係用台灣鮑魚,平時轉南非鮑魚都要有另外加錢,個個食過都話好食又話返轉頭幫襯,不停Sell不停Sell,講真,佢星期六日去食仲要另外加$28已經唔合理,服務差到一個點仲要+1服務費,未計茶茗,調味料費用,根本貴L到pk,但同行朋友話想食$688,佢sell到咁撚好,我咪就一於試吓囉。。。點知惡夢就嚟啦。。2. 個爐完全有問題,d海鮮唔熟好似食刺身咁,店員對海鮮蒸幾耐係無概念,不停開蓋,個爐壞到之後要轉枱,點知坐正係廁所對面👉🏻👉🏻等咗一陣就嚟咗碟佢所謂送嘅*烤*魚皮,

👉🏻👉🏻等咗一陣就嚟咗碟佢所謂送嘅*烤*魚皮,話唔油講到好似好巴閉咁,咪又係魚皮唔覺得有幾好食,之後就嚟啲海鮮拼盤有蟶子鮑魚虎蝦,跟住個店員就幫將d海鮮放上去蒸,第一輪係食越南虎蝦,個店話蝦係咪好新鮮,下,d蝦肉梅架喎,算,心諗可能下轉會好d,之後到蒸鮑魚同生蠔,到入口嗰陣已經覺得生生地,入邊仲未熟,店員話係咪冇介紹錯好好食,嗰陣已經冇出聲,覺得好9伏,第三轉就黎料啦,蒸蟶子,蒸嘅期間個店員不停開蓋冚蓋開蓋冚蓋,咁搞法點樣保存熱氣蒸熟海鮮,店員對蒸海鮮時間係完全冇概念,邊可能會咁,食死人,可以話熟根本唔熟,仲要再翻蒸,最後有店員發現係個爐有問題,之後就幫我地轉枱,點知坐正喺廁所對面衛生環境已經覺得惡劣仲要啲人出出入入,塊面已經黑到咩咁,到佢蒸膏蟹嘅時候,可以將解凍左蟹嘅黑色水倒咗落個粥鍋底度,個下嚇到心到離一離,但佢竟然堅持話冇事,食完都唔知會唔會屙到七彩。。。🤮🤢店員可以咁多出錯

3. 粥底完全無味,衰L過鍋X

👉🏻👉🏻食完d海鮮,蒸埋d所謂幾片生菜蛙蛙菜同3片粟米,到最後食粥底,本身經歷過黑色水事件都無咩期望,但心諗有咁多海鮮汁同埋全部龍蝦頭都擺埋落去煲以為都會甜啦,點知淡到咩咁係無味,試咗一啖就冇再飲糖水都冇食,同鍋X比較,鍋X仲好食抵食!!人哋冇龍蝦煲都甜過佢

最後,我哋同店員反映,佢都只係堅持免左+1,假期$28費用,茶茗同調味料費,但堅持要收$688一位,埋單$2064,我哋係照俾錢嘅,叫佢平啲都唔肯,未幫襯過嘅人真係唔好幫襯,呢篇驚世千字文真係一個奉勸。
