喺APM嘅神山麵屋食午餐,一行四人不用等位。環境都幾好乾淨。最先嚟嘅頭盤係唐揚豆池魚,整條魚炸得好脆,加埋嗰啲醬汁食,就好好味。跟住嚟嘅頭盤係山葵手羽先,啲醬汁加落去啲椰菜絲度好好味,啲雞翼亦炸得啱啱好唔會老身。主食…久須志菌茸沾汁麵,即是松茸沾汁麵。松茸醬汁香濃,豚肉比較肥亦有少少咬口,拉麵彈牙但冇日本拉麵獨特香味。叉燒沾汁麵,啲沾汁淨飲會感覺好濃,但係加上拉麵就覺得冇乜味。叉燒仍舊是半肥瘦,但係啲肥膏感覺有啲肥膩。神山沾汁麵同叉燒沾汁麵一樣。 我第一次食沾汁麵係喺東京武藏拉麵,佢嗰度啲沾汁係好好味,麵質彈牙有麥香味。日本高山,車站對開的一間拉麵店,嗰度煮啲豚角半肥瘦,有1cm厚。但肥肉一點不肥膩,肉質軟滑味濃。
