自從APM開左呢間神山麵屋後, 已經光顧過幾次, 每次都必點沾麵, 誰叫我是沾麵控平時都只叫最普通的神山沾麵及煎餃, 今次就嘗試黑神山叉燒沾麵及湯餃。最先上的是這個湯餃子, 湯很夠熱及很濃, 有4隻餃子, 不過最好食的竟然係旁邊的菜餃子就比較一般之後就上我最期待及第一次試的黑神山叉燒沾麵了,上菜第一眼就覺得沾麵的湯好像芝麻糊豆腐花一樣, 左右兩邊分左黑白兩色, 之後就試食啦,一食..........凍嘅? 再食清楚, 發現應該是黑色那邊的黑麻油不是熱的,但原湯那邊是熱的,如不好好溝埋一齊像我一樣只沾黑色那邊, 那就會覺得凍, 不過就算兩邊溝埋D湯也只是暖而已, 但味道是不錯的, 只是下次不會再叫這款沾麵了.P.S: 流心蛋真的很好吃最後還有加一服務費呢 continue reading

即使肺炎疫情嚴峻,姊妹逛街是停不了的。今天和姐姐來到觀塘 APM,看看有沒有減價貨。所以吃過快快的午餐。白神山叉燒拉麵白神山是濃厚的豚肉湯底,配料加入筍和蔥作點綴,味道濃郁,色澤濃厚,拉麵彈牙,叉燒薄切易入口,肉味香濃,溏心蛋做得出色,輕輕弄破蛋白,蛋黃已經緩緩流出,入口稠密緻滑。赤神山叉燒拉麵赤神山是辣味豚肉湯底,配料同樣有筍、蔥、叉燒以及溏心蛋,湯底濃厚,辣味不會很重,即使平常吃不了太辣的人士也適合,拉麵煙韌彈牙,叉燒用薄切的方式,入口香腍軟嫩,溏心蛋嫩滑香濃,美味可口。唐揚豆池魚豆池魚炸至色澤金黃,入口酥脆香口,魚肉鬆軟,肉質細滑,沒有仼何腥味,配上檸檬汁或柚子醋進食更開胃惹味,而且大小適中,亦可以連骨進食,鈣質豐富易入口,是佐酒的好選擇。二重芝士手羽以高溫炸至雞翼表面金黃,再於表面灑上特選的芝士粉,外層香脆惹味,肉汁嫩滑鮮美,再配上特濃的芝士醬,酥脆美味,香而不膩。朝日啤酒朝日啤酒色澤金黃亮麗,呈奶油狀的泡沫,是保護啤酒的香氣以及防止碳酸氣體流失,入口順喉清新。整體而言,食材製作用心,著重食物每個小細節,環境簡約乾淨,裝修富有日本氣息,是聚餐的好地方。 continue reading

好一段時間無食過一個我想推薦既沾麵。不過神山既沾麵真係幾好食!見好似沾麵較為出名,所以就叫左一個白神山同一個黑神山。湯頭好香,味道好rich。不過如果怕油既人就未必會鍾意。沾麵普遍都會肥膩啲,而神山既湯頭係更加油。不過會有種邪惡既滿足感!肉滑,蛋香。佢既麵條既形狀同普遍既麵唔同,有少少紋路。我鍾意佢個麵較為Q彈!確紋令佢掛汁掛得更加好。其實仲叫左個神山餃子,不過唔記得影低。我都好推薦,佢係有湯浸住。個湯有種清清既藥材湯感,餃子都好juicy,可以一試! continue reading

窩夫與蝦子餅在神山麵屋開業不久時光顧過一次,但印象麻麻,日前多給它一次機會,結果改觀了。窩夫點了神山沾汁麵($89),其實窩夫一向很少吃沾麵,因為怕湯頭很鹹,但這碗用豚骨、豚肉及魚介等材料熬製超過12小時的湯頭不會太鹹。較粗身的坑紋麵可以掛更多湯,吃得更加滋味。兩件厚燒豚肉稍嫌烤得太深色,幸好沒有影響它的肉質,肥瘦相間的腩肉燒過後沒有油膩的感覺,驚喜之作。蝦子餅點了限量的鰹魚豚骨湯拉麵($78),在豚骨湯加入大量日本鰹魚乾以慢火熬製超過7小時,再加入秘製魚油提鮮,難怪鰹魚味極濃,值得一試。還點了神山手做餃子($38),餃子皮很薄,餡料份量足,隻隻都脹卜卜。 continue reading
