To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早放工的關係今次沒有提前預約就前往入面只有數檯食客 其實之前已經食過數次 因WALK IN 關係每次也要等好長時間今次試了網上多人推薦的東洋卷一上檯就見到東洋卷賣相很好入面包著牛油果,厚切鰻魚,飛魚子和醬汁外皮暖暖的 每咬一下也很正醬汁和食材相當配合 牛油果和厚切鰻魚也相當出色必食之後食了關西大阪燒味道一如以往 入面有很多菜今次叫了魷魚  一上檯店員便幫我們切開了 變成9舊每舊食既時候都會有魷魚   感覺很滿足最後食了冷蕎麥麵蕎麥麵的口感不錯但醬汁是沒有味道 沾完和沒有沾是沒有大分別令到整道菜式大大扣分

外皮暖暖的 每咬一下也很正
醬汁和食材相當配合 牛油果和厚切鰻魚也相當出色

之後食了關西大阪燒
味道一如以往 入面有很多菜
今次叫了魷魚  
一上檯店員便幫我們切開了 變成9舊
每舊食既時候都會有魷魚   
感覺很滿足
