To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺觀塘食lunch，要有得訂枱，又近地鐵站，唔多選擇，呢度係其中一間。但係就越嚟越覺得唔抵食。叫咗兩個定食，分別係「銀鱈魚西京燒」同埋「和牛煙肉」。個銀鱈魚都還可以，但係個和牛煙肉，啲和牛細細塊，得幾片，又薄又鹹😖😖。唯有專注食嗰啲菇，唔係特別好味，只不過係正常味道。價錢一啲都唔平，加埋一，要四百幾蚊，但係味道真係好普通好普通。唯一可取嘅，就係可以同朋友傾吓偈，佢話就係有限時，但係通常都唔會趕人走。最後，定食附送飲品，佢嘅熱咖啡係好飲嘅

觀塘呢間日式料理已經開咗好耐，經常同朋友去食飯，飲吓酒，店內裝修非常日式。最好味嘅，就係佢哋嘅關西燒，關西燒有蛋黃醬有肉有蛋，仲有蔬菜，好正佢哋周不時都有當日推介，有興趣可以去試試

呢間餐廳係APM好多年喇, 佢既質素有一定保證!佢裝修得好有日本風，好有特色🥰今日中午食左一個安格斯牛鐵板燒餐，元貝天婦羅烏冬，同埋一串牛舌！首先是牛舌串，好好味呀。牛舌經過燒烤後，外層微焦，內裡依然保持嫩滑，每一口都感受彈口和濃郁的牛肉香氣， 好入味。調味恰到好處，好香黑椒味。評分：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/5跟住係元貝天婦羅烏冬，本身天婦羅的外皮應該好酥脆，但個人覺得略為遜色, 咬落去元貝少少UN。而烏冬就幾好食喎，麵條彈牙，而且又好滑，搭配上醬油湯底，唔錯唔錯。評分：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/5最後是安格斯牛鐵板燒定食。鐵板燒的牛肉塊外層焦香，內裡嫩滑，每一口都充滿了肉汁。配菜的選擇也恰到好處，尤其是豆芽，清爽的口感與牛肉的濃郁形成了絕佳的對比。整體定食的搭配讓人非常滿足，既有肉類的豐富口感，又有蔬菜的清新。評分：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/5我想講，佢個小食係醃鰻魚，酸酸地好好味，送飯一流👍🏻👍🏻整體用餐體驗不錯，有美味既食物，值得再次光顧。整體味道指數：😋😋😋😋/5性價比：💰💰💰/5環境：❤️❤️❤️❤️/5服務：✅✅✅✅/5

食材新鲜，刺身口感不错。大阪烧点了贝柱，鱿鱼和豚肉，味道感觉就像是放大版的章鱼小丸子，非常喜欢。必须好好夸夸点选的啤酒，泡沫有股奶香味，细腻顺滑，酒的回味微甜，对酒精一般的我来说，这款啤酒值得拥有！下次还会再来的一家居酒屋！
