To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 與友人相約午飯,由於要相就路途,咱們再次回到觀塘區尋食去。雖說觀塘工廠大廈存在著許多隱世美食,然而貪新鮮勇於嘗試的小的在經歷過一次又一次之失望後開始有點氣餒。當初以為餐廳開在廠廈,其租金價格相對便宜,大概能將更多的資源投放於食材上,令美食質素有所提昇。而且位處非主流商場之木人巷,要是沒有真功夫又豈能吸引人流專誠光顧?是故認為每家廠廈裡的餐廳食肆都該有著壓箱底的料子,用以留住食客的心。然而,後來小的才發現此乃非然。在網路中看到一些人氣高評價好之食店,親身一試才見真章,這就是網路打手的功架了。廠廈舖省了租金,卻將之用在媒體推銷處,結果食物出品依然平平。於是這趟咱們也懶得再在食評網中尋找,乾脆回歸APM的「一杯」去。在食肆林立的觀塘APM商場雖存在著許多日式食店,但說到居酒屋式有自家刺身與壽司的鋪子卻不多。在午間想吃刺身壽司?除了「元気」唯有「一杯」。就是因著這獨市生意,「一杯」居酒屋在商場屹立多年。相較新地商場鋪如輪轉的營運概念,若非是省油的燈,好難逃過歲月催人。誠然「一杯」有著性價比高的質素,午市平均百元開外卻已提供了刺身或壽司定食。當然要豪一點,可選擇兩百多元的特上選與鐵板燒。至於晚市自然要貴一點,卻可嘗到更多的鮮魚與主餐牌內不同的菜式,同樣提供高質出品。正因如此,「一杯」總是其門如市,特別在午飯時段,沒有訂枱便需提早輪候踫踫運氣了!12時半左右抵達,餐廳已經大半滿座了。訂了枱的咱們被安排坐於牆邊的雅座,要是沒有訂位,則通常要坐到高身吧枱的位置。棕木色重身枱椅與高牆上簷篷木框的佈置始終如一,透著古式傳統居酒屋之況味。然而於不變中餐廳亦添加新趣,適奉萬聖節臨近,「一杯」居然也擺放了相關的裝飾,在黑色的假簷篷上見到一個又一個骷髏骨頭與恐怖面具,窗邊牆頭亦懸掛著一些驚嚇的人頭公仔。然而這些擺設與舖頭裝飾實在有點格格不入,餐廳算是盡了力,卻完全感受不到氣氛,小的更懷疑有幾多食客會留上了心。雖說聲色香味,小的始終認為後者至為重要。一於在食物裡見個真章!餐牌上的海鮮丼飯與刺身定食都甚為吸引,為了不用被迫征服丼下的大大個飯,小的揀了後者,而友人則點前者。餐食包含了一小碟精緻的開胃菜與麵豉湯。除了海帶,麵豉湯浮著許多蔬菜例如黄芽白、紅蘿蔔絲、豆腐與一些深楬色不知名的菌類。這客素菜麵豉湯自然非常健康,味道卻不及放了蜆仔帶有海洋氣息的出品。至於那碟小巧的前菜剩看賣相已極不吸引,也是黃芽白、荀、菌絲相關蔬菜之大雜會,用些酸醋等醃料製過,色澤暗淡,是死的的之灰啡白,吃之同告乏善可陳。幸好主菜出場給挽回所有分數!小的之刺身有油甘、三文、甜蝦、吞拿,尚有一隻帶子和上鋪小小的海膽,與及一小束京葱吞拿魚蓉。單從外表已覺鮮度一流,吃之果然不出所料,刺身冷凍適中,全部新鮮味美,比之在廠廈吃的要好多了,而且價錢仍是差不多。友人的海鮮丼之海膽份量多一點,雖沒有吞拿魚蓉,卻多了大大粒鮮嫩的三文魚籽!下次若能點明極少飯,小的也想嚐之! continue reading

Came here for a second time (first time for lunch). Usually there’s a long line but coming late, the wait wasn’t too long. Had the sushi lunch set and it was fantastic. Fresh fish, juicy and fatty scallop, and came with udon/soba, and another side. Also added a coffee at the end and it’s very fragrant - a must have 10/10 would come again and it’s a good value coming in for lunch 😋👍👍 continue reading

早兩晚同女友係apm食飯,佢話呢間評價好似唔錯,雖然我心裡有數,係得商場入面嘅居酒屋十之八九都係伏,但女友的話永遠是對的,咪試下店舖招牌關西燒,失望嘅開始。醬料同食物無交集,外皮又太淋,食食下以為食緊蚵仔煎我地點左元貝同小魷魚,元貝可以,但小魷魚略嫌過硬,而且味道欠奉。店員推介,牛油煮嘅湯幾香,蜆肉都算新鮮,配搭幾好。全晚最佳。鐵板燒龍蝦+鮑魚,燒得唔夠火候,肉質係幾好,但就無鐵板燒嘅感覺,似普通煎但唔夠香。鐵板燒牛肉粒,垃圾首先,又係燒得唔夠火候,做唔到鐵板燒外脆內軟嘅感覺。第二,牛肉粒起渣,明顯係選材較次。失望!炒飯,理應無咩好講,但實在毫無層次,亦毫無誠意,好悶。無調味,無質感,需知道炒飯看似容易,但其實可以有千萬種可能。當然,hea整都係一個選擇。總的來說,埋單$711係完全唔值由食物質素,到烹調技巧,都完全唔值呢個價錢。可以的話,搵第二間,唔該 continue reading

Don’t know how the restaurant got so many good ratings especially on food. Maybe the set menu is cheap. At first when they cooked a fried pancake with cabbage type of thing I thought that was employee meal. It turned out they serve to every set menu. The gras fois is straight out of the freezer, the fish is like one month frozen onto the tappayaki pan. The chef skills are not good. Food burned at the bottom and they scratched it off before serving. Sashimi also frozen. Skewled eal is burned. Perhaps you can get a “Japanese” like meal for good price, but this is definitely not Japanese cuisine. continue reading

這是主打鐵板燒的居酒屋平日高朋滿座今次特意提早晚餐時間 終於吃到兩條腿坐近吧枱首先來壽司組合個人十分推介,因為刺身真的很新鮮 海老很鮮甜 海膽也不會有腥苦味假如只有我一人,我也可以把它幹掉雞肉腸串燒 帶子串燒串看賣相已相當吸引帶子鮮甜肥大 不會燒得過韌 沾少少燒汁已很好吃雞肉腸有雞軟骨在內 啱晒我呢啲鍾意咬嘢嘅人鱈魚西京燒唔知有冇人同小妹一樣咁鍾意西京燒甜甜的醬汁這裡的西京燒醬汁很濃 甜得來帶點酸 其實不沾沙律醬也很夠味而且鱈魚本來就是重脂油的食物吃多了會覺得很膩招牌關西燒內裏有牛肉 菜和芝士由於我倆坐吧枱 可以見到佢燒😍心入面吶喊:多啲芝士 多啲芝士唔好睇少佢 牛肉加椰菜配上燒汁沙律醬 味道很夾 不過芝士味不突出但我倆一致覺得好吃順帶一提,這裡的服務蠻好會不斷加水給我們 continue reading
