To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在Apm商場中,一杯幾乎任何時間都坐無虛席,現在可以在商場App提前取票,晚市等候了大約45分鐘入座,上菜速度很快【串燒】 燒帶子、雞中翼串揚價錢不便宜,份量亦不多,但味道不錯燒帶子好評,配搭燒汁亦不會過甜,口感非常鮮嫩有驚喜;雞中翼串燒表面燒至金黃色,香口惹味【關西燒二品】御好燒 - 配料選擇了白身魚和雞肉賣相相當吸引,加了白身魚的御好燒風味與別不同,挺滿足的【鹽燒三文魚茶漬飯】三文魚的份量也太少吧,味道超級普通,不推薦【熱清酒】好評店內裝潢充滿日本居酒屋的感覺,氣氛很好可惜用餐期間不斷有不同的店員收碟收杯,稍微影響用膳體驗 continue reading

黎到多數啲人都會叫關西燒架啦,今次就叫左個大蝦關西燒 ($98),好多醬好夠餡,好大隻蝦🦐醬油加埋沙律醬都係一如既往咁好食😋又有椰菜,夠晒滋味!而牛肉石頭燒飯 ($98) 一上枱就由店員幫手搞勻,不過個飯比較油,又唔係好夠味,要落七味粉同豉油先得🥴唔太推薦食呢個最後叫左個蟹肉牛油果卷 ($98),平時卷物有啲好大舊或者一夾啲餡就跌晒出黎,呢個一口卷物放入口啱啱好,唔會夾起就散晒一啖可以食到蟹肉、牛油果🥑同沙律醬,精緻得黎又清新。 continue reading
