To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟一杯提早慶祝母親節!! 係奶奶成日經過,但一直未有試食嘅餐廳。餐廳大,樓底高,即使枱與枱之間嘅空間有少少窄🤏🏻但配合埋日式嘅裝修風格,整體環境都幾舒服。我哋一行三人,都係隨便叫,正確嘅食物名稱就唔太記得啦🤣螢光魷魚醬油漬 (先生同奶奶都覺得唔錯,我就未能接受🙈)芝士年糕,用紫菜包住,年糕係一口size,略嫌芝士味唔多,但都好食😋烤日本番薯🍠 烤過之後番薯嘅甜味出晒嚟,仲有些少焦糖嘅感覺,非常好食雞皮餃子🥟真係用雞皮包住餡料!好吃!一咬落去,雞皮嘅油份滲透出嚟另外仲叫咗鵪鶉蛋串燒,牛舌,牛舌芯,明太子雞肉,仲送咗烤車厘茄俾我哋☺️ 全部都好味😋先生叫左隻日本時令生蠔 🦪 大隻,厚肉,鮮甜👍🏻另外仲叫咗廚師發辦10件壽司🍣 估唔到居酒屋來講壽司都做得唔錯西京燒銀鱈魚!非常出色,醬汁甜味恰到好處,啖啖肉,旁邊嘅菇炒得非常入味👍🏻烤雞翼,正常發揮,偏乾身。鐵板煎豆腐,都係正常水準。全晚唯一嘅敗筆😂就係呢一個牛肉石頭鍋飯。牛肉無乜肉味,個飯又無乜調味,呢個飯唔好食。餐廳員工態度親切服務貼心👍🏻會再幫襯👍🏻

諗住係居酒屋坐bar枱享受下日本風情,估唔到會有D失望。。可能對個品牌,見到個假錢,覺得點都會物有所值吧~·海膽蟹肉牛油果卷 全晚好食之一,足料,食落都算新鮮,口盛豐富😋 都見唔少人叫·和牛厚燒拼帶子個牛如果唔係和牛都勉強合格。。食落唔嫰,什至靭🤨 帶子係普通冰鮮貨·串燒牛舌好彩係正常操作,只係伴碟的三色茄味道有D怪,同D牛舌唔係好夾😅·鹽燒活鰻 好多骨。。搞唔掂,魚肉燒到好‘鞋’口·響螺片炒野菌店員推介。。又係好唔搭。。D菇好咸,但D螺肉又炒到有D太油,食刺身會好D,嘥咗舊螺🥲·燒銀鱈魚本身是最期待的。。因為好鍾意食銀鱈魚。但真係好少見會將舊魚醃了,D汁仲要勁咸🥹 又嘥咗舊魚,點搞呀😞·關西燒三品 (蝦、魷魚、芝士)全晚好食之二。可能係另一邊鐵板煮的,個麵糊開得好好,燒得又剛剛好。入口好鬆軟唔會硬,而且唔會成口粉糰味👍🏻👍🏻 餡料又夠多,又彈牙😋 好食!總結,收呢個價錢真係不用再去🤷🏻♀️

星期五放工唔知食乜好,結果行行下就去左呢間居酒屋排隊等位,呢間都幾出名,真係人山人海,等左一個鐘之後,終於到我地啦~ 內裏係好地道嘅居酒屋裝修,有卡位,有吧枱位,幾寬敞,最後我地坐左係卡座,都坐得舒服。我地揀左一杯關西燒,海膽吞拿魚壽司,壽司盛。關西燒好足餡,勁多椰菜,個味幾濃,正!海膽吞拿魚壽司嘅海膽好鮮美,配合吞拿魚一齊食都幾唔錯。壽司盛都各有特色,算唔錯。大致上唔錯,係服務人員態度差一D,要叫多幾次先得閒回應,但食物同境都滿意!

19:30 左右在APM 等人,突然想飲Sake 配2-3串串燒,在OpenRice 搜尋,有的在工厦,見有間有點feel的, 致電餐廳問有無位,裝修中。那就不如留返在APM, 到了「一杯」餐廳門口,因無留意到門框位有個細細部的取票機,還站在counter 等服務員😅但無人理我😅,直至在另一旁有人取票才知有部取票機,但服務員一直見到我,但無問下或提下🫣😎只等了5分鐘就有位,如我想坐的Bar枱。他們推介我不在drink list 上的「300mL 一心純米大吟釀」 ,只是比同量的+$10。 反正全都未試過,就試下。有一點值得讚的,bar 裏的廚師,全都有帶口罩,這點對我是非常重視,因日本菜很多都不經煮熟而可食用。讚👍🏼職員推介:魷魚軟骨爽,話少有。牛舌芯 $118/串/3片與一般的牛舌不同,其實我大多數食串燒的,我都會必點,但這間就薄咗d. 只有2-3mm/片。這$118/串/3片(附上3粒燒小蕃茄仔/串)價錢就貴咗點。 邊等食物來,見眼前有2隻小昆蟲出現(食市,其實都理解)攪笑的,坐在我旁的男生,食食下,突然用紙巾殺 😅🤣 大家都見到,職員都道歉!😅本來都差不多打算走。 突然見到脆皮雞皮餃子,點了試試。食了第三塊起,感太過油膩。以為邊餸酒會ok, 但食完離開後4個鐘,也滯咗😅😅,回到家要即冲茶飲,解解油膩帶來的不適😵 。總結:如果在APM求方便,都可以來試☺️ 千萬勿試 ❌❌脆皮雞皮餃子❌❌
