To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日本格調之《一杯鐵板燒居酒屋》無論係同朋友聚餐定係慶祝特別日子,呢間日式居酒屋環境令人感覺,尤如置身係日本,氣氛輕鬆又舒服。今次試咗佢哋嘅二人套餐,味道一流,性價比高😋。先付(沙律):開胃既沙律清新可口,搭配香醋醬汁,既有脆既口感又唔失清甜,令人食得津津有味👍。刺身三品(吞拿魚、帶子、旬魚):刺身新鮮得來,色澤鮮艷,吞拿魚肉質滑嫩,帶子鮮甜大粒,口感不錯,旬魚更係鮮味十足,完全唔會有腥味,配埋少少醬油,正啊😋。迷你海膽丼:呢個海膽丼真係小而美,海膽鮮味濃厚,米飯煮得岡好,搭配埋海膽甘甜,令人一口接一口。鐵板飽魚、海老:鐵板燒既飽魚煎得外脆內嫩,海老肉質鮮甜,食完完全唔會有油膩感。澳洲M4和牛:呢個和牛真係必食,肉質嫩滑,油花分佈均勻,煎到五成熟,咬落去真係口感滿滿,適合係食肉獸們😋。鯛魚湯烏冬:湯底清淡卻充滿魚香,烏冬彈牙,搭配鯛魚,食落暖心滿足,飲啖湯底好滋味。甘味(甜品):甜品都唔可以錯過,味道清新,唔會過甜😊。海鹽荔枝梳打:荔枝味香甜解渴,海鹽既加添令味道更加豐富,真係大熱天飲啱晒😙。總結:二人套餐真係食得划算,味道出色,服務態度亦非常好,店員隨時關心客人嘅需要,店長更會介紹菜式嘅特別之處,細心又周到。而且餐廳位於觀塘最旺嘅商場apm,食完飯可以去行下,輕鬆又愉快,下次一定會再嚟試其他菜式😋。

和家人到APM shopping,想吃日本菜。就到這間居酒屋晚飯,唔想諗一於叫這個《特選四人前料理》套餐,首先係豚肉沙律,豬肉夠嫩,沙律汁帶柚子香,醒胃過癮。而刺身四品最驚喜係磯煮鮑魚,彈牙入味;油甘魚肥美、赤蝦鮮甜、三文魚厚切,全部新鮮到漏油。海膽卷用紫菜包實,海膽creamy爆膏,食到海の幸真諦。燒物方面,牛舌鹽燒外脆內juicy,雞肉串嫩滑多汁,兩串絕對唔夠分。鯛魚石鍋湯啖啖鮮味,野菜吸晒魚精華,暖胃之選。A4和牛薄燒果然不錯,配蟹肉炒飯簡直perfect match,蟹肉絲絲分明,飯粒乾身香口。最後芒果牛乳奶凍,芒果香甜,奶凍夠滑!

朋友趁暑假從外國回來探訪,想吃吃居酒屋食物,記得呢間位於APM的「一杯」質素不錯,今晚再來,仍能保持水準!餐廳的《特選四人前料理》,啱晒同朋友或家人一齊share。豚肉沙律清新開胃,配搭和風醬汁好醒神。刺身四品—油甘魚、赤蝦、三文魚同磯煮鮑魚,每款都夠新鮮肥美,口感豐富鮮甜。海の幸海膽卷驚喜十足,海膽鮮味,卷得緊緻唔散。牛舌鹽燒同免治雞肉串燒香氣四溢,牛舌彈牙帶鹽香,雞肉串嫩滑多汁。鯛魚野菜石鍋湯暖笠笠,湯水鮮甜,帶啲大地滋味。鐵板A4和牛薄燒色澤誘人,肉質嫩滑帶油香。蟹肉炒飯份量十足,粒粒乾爽香口,蟹味突出。最後芒果牛乳奶凍甜品柔滑細膩,芒果香甜配乳味濃郁,好好平衡整餐嘅味道。呢餐朋友們都吃得非常滿意。
